"our stay was only short but a bit disappointed given that the price is a little bit pricey. breakfast was not buffet or unlimited. they only served plated breakfast. the pool is for design only. cannot be used by guest. it should be indicated so the guest would not expect more for this hotel.but the crew was too active and the service is okay."

"I travelled alone in August 2026 and stayed for 3 nights at Alicia Tower Residence. It’s a great place to stay for solo travelers. Place is central to the shopping malls and other attractions and got the double bed room for P840. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has got laundry, grocery shop and canteen within the residence.  You can get vegetarian and non veg food at Bollywood Tandoor which is 7 minutes walk away. Banilad Town Centre is just opposite for greater shopping experience. This picture was taken from top floor of the residence."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the service was great. "This hotel is perfect for business trips. The cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. It's also close to many restaurants, IT Park, and Mango Square. Its great location means Grab deliveries arrive in about 30 minutes, and there's a 7-Eleven just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to buy anything you need. The only slight inconvenience was the lack of an intercom in the room, and there's no refrigerator, so keep that in mind."

"Value for money hotel. Cool Aircon, water heater works well. TV comes with Netflix and YouTube capability. Clean towels, fluffy comforter, firm enough mattresses (had two of them in my room). Pillows could do with a change but they were alright. Super friendly staff. Very helpful. Breakfast from next door is also convenient. Water dispenser for your morning cup of coffee is available for free on every floor."

From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, every single part of my stay exceeded my expectations. The first thing that stood out was how spotlessly clean everything was. The rooms, bathrooms, common areas, everywhere was exceptionally well maintained. You can really tell that the staff takes great pride in keeping the hostel comfortable, organized, and welcoming. What truly makes this place special, though, is the people. Manager Glen deserves special recognition. He goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, valued, and at home. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests create such a positive atmosphere that you can feel it throughout the entire hostel. And honestly, the rest of the staff were just as incredible. I would write names but truly every staff was amazing because every single person I met was outstanding. They were always smiling, approachable, eager to help, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests’ experiences unforgettable. That level of hospitality is rare and deserves to be celebrated. "Overall, the hygiene was good; I didn't encounter any small bugs during my stay. The towels were a bit old, so if you're particular, I'd recommend bringing your own. The location is very convenient, right near Ayala Mall, just a few minutes' walk away. Security is also fine, there's a safe in the room. You need to use your room card to access the elevators. The room isn't very big, so it might feel cramped if you're traveling with children or have a lot of luggage. The air conditioner and extractor fan were quite noisy. Being close to the street, you could still hear some car noise from outside, even on the 16th floor."

"Booked a deluxe twin room for my two-day, one-night free and easy trip to Cebu. It was great value for money. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot despite being in a busy area. The breakfast buffet was good, and there's a huge mall next door with a food court and a big supermarket. I even found some local Cebu specialties like dark chocolate-covered dried mangoes, which were more than half the price compared to Manila airport. However, the city center of Cebu isn't the best environment, though it felt safe enough."
