My only complaint is that our boat was at 12:30 PM, and check-in for it was available until 11 AM, but they made us check out of the hotel at 9:30 AM. As a result, they dropped us off at the pier super early. We waited for half an hour for check-in to open, and then ended up going to 7-Eleven until noon before heading back to the pier."

The pool design is probably the best I have ever seen - large, spacious, clean, shady and inviting. Food and drinks from the bar overlooking the ocean were good and plenty of options for the included breakfast. Location is a great spot on Sunrise beach. Free hire of snorkels, kayaks etc. plus cold drinking water refills were a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, unfortunately we had to cut our trip a bit short due to a medical issue, but they were so helpful during that process including taking us to the clinic and boat - thanks very much!"
