The location of this hotel is perfect. Staff are friendly. The lobby and the rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional colours and furniture. It had been raining heavily for 10 days, and hence there was some flooding in some of the rooms when we stayed there. Breakfast was typical Moroccan pastries. They also made fried eggs on request. I had a working AC and heater in the room and a water heater in the bathroom.

I'm a tour manager. I called to book a room for myself. The front deskman confirmed to me. He's named Karim. We agreed on the price. When I came in the evening I found no room for me. Karim said I was late 🤔🤔. The hotel was fully booked. And he blamed me😡😡. I was tired and didn't want to escalate the issue. I left. So don't trust them when they confirmed you by phone. If another client comes before you you will be pissed off.

Not all the rooms have hot water. None of the showers have curtains. No fruit for breakfast. Internet works fine in the dining area but not in the rooms. But the heaters work and the rooms are quiet. Be aware there is no elevator. And it is near downtown.

I can't believe I could use this beautiful hotel at an affordable price. I can't forget the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a room with beautiful windows.

This is a small boutique hotel located just across the way from the main plaza. The staff is great. The rooms all have amazing detail, even the ceiling. The breakfast is good. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean. The downstairs area is very large and comfortable.

I was originally going to give this hotel three stars because it has some rough aspects to it, but it really has a lot of charm and character to it so I moved it to 4. Pros: The rooms are beautiful. They include a lot of decoration and some rooms have balconies. Our room had a sitting area with cushions and windows that opened up to a view. A lot of the ceilings and walls were hand-painted throughout the hotel and inside the room. Cons: The bathroom is a bit rough. The sink was loose, the whole thing was extremely small, and the shower was tiny so just expect water to spray pretty much everywhere. If these are things you can live with, I highly recommend it because it really is a great place to stay on a budget! Although it is not in the Medina, it's still in a really great location to access it quickly.

I stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour of Morocco. Everyone on the trip was happy with their room, but I really lucked out and got a huge, elaborately decorated room on the 3rd floor. It had a nice sized bed with an enormous seating area (seriously, about 8 people could hang out in this room on the couch). The one downside was the bathroom. It was WAY too small. You had to wedge yourself in to use the toilet. The shower was this strange stone structure with no curtain so water went all over the bathroom floor. Still, the room itself more than made up for the bathroom. Breakfast was OK. Not bad, not great. Morocco in general just doesn't have good hotel breakfasts. I would choose this place again if in town because of its great location and comfy rooms.

Cute hotel at beginning of medina. Large rooms , not many per floor. Breakfast not extraordinary but clean rooms. On site personnel not the talking type, they always ignore you and never greet you but we didn’t care the place was to our liking.
