Big Hotel next to a shopping mall. Easy to reach the local sight seeing spots in Chengde or the river

Staff isn’t aware how to check in guest with foreign passport, even after explanation from guest itself what is needed for a proper registration. Involvement of local police was a quite unpleasant experience. Not recommended to stay their as foreign passport holder

開業沒多久，環境好，設備設施全新，衞生也不錯，就是服務很一般，半夜打電話到前台，響了好久才接聽，想要涼的飲料，告知沒有，讓送點冰塊放到常温的飲料裏，冰塊也沒有，就很無奈，這麼大的酒店這點需要都滿足不了，是真沒有，還是什麼情況呢？希望後期在對客服務上多多改善一下！

設施：酒店的設施設備非常的完善，距離高鐵站也非常的近，出入非常的方便
衞生：：衞生環境很好
服務：服務態度非常的奈斯！提前打電話過來預訂部的同事會提前備註好入住要求，預訂部的田雪同事還貼心的加了微信給發送了酒店的位置，這次入住非常的開心，下次出差來承德還會選擇這裏

房間設施新，酒店距高速口、萬達廣場都很近方便出行和購物，服務熱情周到。早餐中西餐食品品種豐富，特別是還有本地特色的羊湯，味道很正宗。l

和老公去承德旅行，選啦這家酒店，説下優點：離萬達廣場很近步行即可，酒店地下停車場很大停車免費方便，離避暑山莊景點不是很遠。缺點：房間臨街一面有點不夠安靜玻璃隔音效果一般，酒店外觀及大堂不錯，但房間很小很普通，同樣的價格性價比很低。

承德出差，五星酒店的首選了，
一是性價比太高了，
二是剛開業，硬件很新，而且沒有新酒店的異味感，房間有新風系統
三是衞生很乾凈，同事有點小潔癖，都很滿意
四是因為周邊緊鄰萬達賣場，吃飯，溜溜，都很方便
五是配套很好，車位很多，洗衣服健身也還好
六是餐廳出品可以，味道，口感都可以
七是前廳經理和同事，還是很有星級酒店的風範，和善，專業。餐廳團隊點贊，有主動服務的意識，因為是宴請朋友，吃飯的安排挺有面子，價格也還行。
