老闆是個小姐姐，房間佈置很温馨也很舒適。衞生打掃得乾淨，地址在市中心逛街吃飯都很方便

不吹不黑，公寓位置在市中心，酒店窗户外就能看到天府廣場，周圍吃飯也方便，老闆也好，前台也好，很好説話，有需求也能解決。在這個位置這個價位的酒店性價比超級高，朋友或同學間來值得推薦。但是有些問題也寫出來，1.比如停車收費問題，酒店沒有免費停車位，但大樓有地下停車場，物業收取停車費，首小時5元，之後每小時3元不封頂，可即便停24小時也就74元，但是就跟網購100元包郵跟物品90元郵費10元總價一樣但是心裏不舒服，所以介意的提前瞭解。2.因為市中心這棟樓還有其他公寓酒店樓層又很高所以，乘坐電梯有時候有點擠。但是我給好評，性價比

酒店公寓設施很完善，交通方便，出門300多米，就是地鐵站，天府廣場，主要是性價比高，天府廣場黃金地帶，房價才100來塊，真的很划算
