Nice services and location. Receptionists have a warm welcome and smiles. They prepared tea for us during check-in.

Clean hotel located about 400 to 500m to metro line 5 @ Huapaifang. Has a restaurant at Ground floor, reasonably priced. The tomato fried egg is a must, tasted so good. Also has a mini market. There are also some restaurants within walking distance. I have to complement the customer service rendered by front office staff, very helpful and listened attentively. Bought 2 super cute panda dolls from the hotel. The only setback was the lift was foŕ public use as the hotel rooms are located on higher floors but need the hotel card to access to hotel floors for security reasons. Overall, am happy with the hotel and will come back for my next trip.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. However the hotel elevator is shared with the lower apartment floors so expect delays.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the little garden and breakfast. Our room is huge and we were very comfortable.

We had a great stay in one of the family rooms, which are basically a small apartment with a loft. The hotel is excellent overall but my complaint was the kitchenette in the room. We were hoping to make some simple meals but this was impossible as they had no utensils for cooking or eating. You had to request even a pair of chopsticks. Not sure why they'd offer a kitchen with nothing to cook with.

The location is distance from town city. However, all the amenities are all provided with care. Can consider if u have own transport.

Very nice hotel located near center of Chengdu. The staffs are nice, rooms are clean and at night is ver quite. In addition, it has a cool delivery robot which delivers food/drinks automatically to your room!

Some of the best hotel staff we've ever experienced. We stayed in the loft rooms on the top floor and wish every hotel was like this. Mini kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, living space with projection tv and washing machine on 1st floor, bedroom, closet and full bathroom on 2nd floor loft area. Very cool and very comfortable. Awesome hotel. The rooms is very nice, clean, with great view. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Great stay!

The room we stayed is spacious for four. With washing machine and detergent provided in the room, I found it is convenient and easy to handle the clothes we needed for our 11 days stay there.
