I had previously booked this hotel for a friend and had a good impression. This time, experiencing it myself, it truly exceeded my expectations.
Facilities: The hotel feels brand new with comprehensive facilities. The fitness center is particularly impressive. I tried the gym on the 33rd floor and had a great experience.
Cleanliness: Impeccably clean and tidy, spotless throughout.
Service: I requested room cleaning, and it was immaculately tidied by the time I finished my meal downstairs – truly efficient and precise. The service from Xiao Wan was exceptional and left a lasting impression.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I will definitely be back.

Pros: The location is excellent. It's right outside the Huapaifang subway station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The hotel service is very good; they respond quickly to any requests. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's thoughtfully designed and sufficient for our needs. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing of the room doors could be better. During holidays, there were children shouting and running in the corridor (I hope parents traveling with kids can be more mindful). At check-out, they thoughtfully gave a small keychain to our child, which was a nice touch. Overall, if I visit Chengdu again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

The service attitude is super good. I am very satisfied. The front desk staff is super good. I like the bar environment very much. I go there almost every night. The price of cocktails is a bit expensive. It is about the same as the pricing level in Shanghai. The hotel corridor looks very ordinary. The room is generally very good and clean. The location of Huapaifang is very convenient. Wenjiaxiang and other places nearby can feel the atmosphere of the old community in Chengdu. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I like it very much. I spent a wonderful May Day holiday!

By the way, I really like the smell of this body wash, and asked where I can buy it. The waiter said that if you like it, you can stay here often, haha, then let’s do it. The room is quite good. It's close to the Chadianzi subway station. It also has free parking, which is very convenient. The Tianfu Art Park opposite is very beautiful. It was a good choice to stay at Ramada Jinfu during the Chinese New Year. Although it is not far from popular attractions, it is very close to the Panda Base, convenient for taxis and subways, and close to Xipu Station to Dujiangyan. The front desk manager Xiao Yang was very nice. He helped me upgrade the room type and gave me a free breakfast for a child. Although the room was a bit old, the enthusiastic service of the staff was still heartwarming. I had the New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel, which was well cooked. The breakfast was also OK. The spicy noodles were delicious.

On weekends, I took the children to check in Tianfu Art Park and stayed at Lindao for one night. The hotel room was clean and tidy, the staff was very warm, the fried dough sticks and rice noodles in the breakfast room were particularly delicious, the children were very happy, and I recommend it to everyone ～

GGuest User一年在成都住200多晚酒店，通常會選擇各大連鎖，從官方渠道預訂，一來價格最優，二來有會員待遇，三來需要保級（萬豪鈦金/希爾頓鑽石/洲際鑽石/華住鉑金/錦江白金）。這次領了一張成都住宿券，通過攜程訂上述集團的酒店並非最優，所以想着選一家單體酒店，最大化住宿券的價值是最好的。
選單體酒店，隨機性很強。其實本來都幾乎要定別的店了，最後時刻很偶然刷到這家店，一看房間照片就知道是摘牌的智選假日，而且用完住宿券之後的價格很划算，所以沒太多猶豫，簡單看過評價之後就定了下來。
入住當天，從南邊某遙遠的福朋喜來登出發，坐了30幾站地鐵到了金府（還好直達不用換乘），出站步行5分鐘就到了高程酒店。入住手續比較流暢，前台在教新人，挺細緻的。
進入房間，跟想象中的基本一樣，幾乎完全保留了近年智選假日的裝修風格。部分設施沒有在使用了，比如保險箱。中央空調也停用了，加裝了單體空調，靠近落地窗的一部分區域隔出來安放空調外機，所以比原始裝修少了一半的風景與採光。但前台幫忙升級的這個房間依然有非常好的視野與景觀。
有洗衣房，洗衣機不是商用的，但還OK。有看到在安裝烘乾機。備品方面，洗護用品沒有沿用HIX，浴巾和麪巾默認提供一次性的，但如果有需要，可以找客房要正常布草。
除了很明顯的HIX遺存以外，似乎還可以看出星程的痕跡？現在作為單體酒店，維護方面以及服務細節確實跟之前洲際/華住管理下存在一些差距。但總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，在這個價位上，提供了出色的性價比。如果有需要住到金府這邊，這家店還是值得推薦的。可惜不在那兩個集團旗下啦，要不然我可能會多次入住。

Whether it was checking in or handling daily inquiries, she always responded promptly with a warm, welcoming smile that immediately put guests at ease. She handled everything with clear logic and thoughtful attention to detail. For example, she would proactively offer directions and help verify routes. Her efficiency was outstanding, and she was incredibly patient. With such a wonderful front desk staff member, first-time visitors won't feel awkward or reserved. Her presence significantly enhanced my overall first impression of the hotel. This definitely deserves five stars – she's truly exceptional!
