Great location! A family oriented atmosphere in a secure building. The Aegan Shopping Centre opposite has a lot of family activities, including a musical fountain. My family enjoyed the activities there.
A very special 'Thank You' to the ladies at the front desk. They went out of their way to help us who are Non-Chinese speaking tourists.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my fellow Australians planning to visit Chengdu.

I come to Sichuan for mountain climbing many times every year, and I only stay near Baicao Road when I land in Chengdu. This time I chose Crowne Plaza. The fatigue after climbing the mountain was perfectly relieved in this hotel. It is very comfortable in all aspects. The service of Xiaoyu, the front desk staff, is also very kind. The whole hotel is super nice. I will only stay in this hotel in the future.

I came here for an exam. The room was clean and the service was very good. I had very high requirements for the room. The room was very quiet to avoid poor sleep. I also received an eye mask and ear plugs at the front desk. I didn't use the ear plugs, but I asked for the link for the eye mask and continued to use it when I got home. Overall, it was very good👍

The room is warmly furnished, the details are full of quality, and even the toiletries are super good. The intelligent hotel is also very convenient. The location of the hotel is very close to Chengdu West Railway Station, and the parking lot is very convenient for those of us who drive! Free luggage storage is also available in the hotel. The front desk Dandan service is super intimate and highly recommended.

Because the plane was late, it was already two o'clock in the morning when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk upgraded my room type and arranged a late check-out for me, which was a great compliment.
The room decoration is quite new, the space is quite large, and the layout is quite warm. The toilet in the bathroom is still a smart toilet, and there is a free massage chair in the room for you to experience. This configuration and the price are still very good value for money. Recommended.

This is a newly renovated hotel, so everything felt brand new and spotless. The bedding was fresh and had no strange odors. A thoughtful welcome included a card, fresh fruit, a tea set, and even some sodas in the room, which was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the bright and well-designed lighting. The room itself was quite spacious and well-equipped. My only suggestion would be to add shower sandals, as they were missing.
The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center. Given Chengdu's heavy traffic, it's wise to plan your travel time accordingly. Regarding complimentary parking, make sure to double-check with the front desk beforehand. We had an issue where a staff member directed us to the wrong parking lot, and my children and elderly parents had to drag their luggage quite a distance before we found the correct entrance. Although the front desk staff seemed eager to help, it would be beneficial if they proactively communicated such essential details to guests to prevent unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

This hotel is a single-family house with new decoration. The facilities and equipment are very complete. The equipment inside is all branded. The TV is from Xiaomi and the hair dryer is also from Xiaomi. They are very easy to use. The bed is also very comfortable to sleep on. I am very satisfied with my stay. I recommend everyone to stay here.

JJinniubinguanzhaowoThe hotel seems to be an old hotel that's been updated with a new brand. The two hotels share a building and lobby, but different areas. The AI-powered smart hotel isn't actually very smart; it just uses voice control to control some simple appliances. It's hardly AI at all. The air conditioner's fan is old and noisy, making it impossible to sleep with the AC on at night. I had to turn it off. The bathroom and shower doors, perhaps to save materials, feel crude and unsturdy. They don't close properly, and with a little force, they push past the frame. Pulling them back in gets stuck and warps. The lower corners of the metal doorframes can easily scratch the instep, so guests should be aware of this. The mattress, likely a leftover from the previous hotel, was replaced with new bedding, but it felt soft, lacked support, and sagged a bit, causing back discomfort. For a four-star hotel, the lobby is still magnificent, but the staff's attention to detail is questionable. The restaurant is sparse, with guests dining and a few staff members gathered there, joking and gossiping. The management style doesn't resemble that of a four-star hotel at all. It's unrefined. The guest control system is not easy to use and often breaks down. It is not as good as a four-star hotel that uses ordinary credit card management. The lobby service girl is very enthusiastic, giving gifts and asking for good reviews, which is good.

Although the breakfast is simple, the variety can also meet the basic needs, including bread, eggs, porridge and so on. Living here, travel and life are very convenient, full of comfort, highly recommended!
