Hotel locations is very good. We can walk to IFS building and Taikooli areas witin less than 10mins. You can enjoy shopping, eating there. The bus to Tianfu airport is in front of IFS so it is very convenient to walk with your luggage to the bus stop. Staff is very nice and supportive. I stay at the hotel for 3 nights as a base during going the national parks. You can keep the luggage at the hotel while you are going to Bipengou, Siguniangshan , etc. this time i got 6th floor which in the room there are no steps. There are about 3 steps (between bed areas and bathroom)in the room i got first 2 nights which i a bit worry at night.

Very nice experience. We especially liked the room on the third floor which was clean and cosy. The staff was forthcoming, too. The lighting concept of the rooms are well thought out, creating a warm atmosphere. Of course the location is also a big plus. A potential downside could be the noisy street (they provide ear plugs), but that's the compromise for the nice view.

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Although the staff couldn’t speak English, they sincerely tried to communicate using a translation app. The room was clean, with no smell of cigarettes, and the bed was very comfortable. All the necessary amenities were provided.
The hotel is located right on the walking street — just step outside and you’re there! There’s a Lawson convenience store right under the building, which is super convenient, and in the morning there’s also a small café serving coffee.
Breakfast at the hotel was simple but nice, with bread, tea, coffee, eggs, porridge, and a few Chinese dishes. The hotel also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage overnight while we traveled out of town.
This is definitely a place I would recommend to everyone. We were truly impressed. I would like to sincerely thank the two staff members, Xiapzhang and Xiao Yue, for their heartfelt service. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The owner was very helpful, she spoke very good English and gave tips for the city. The hotel was very conveniently located, right at exit C of Hongxing Bridge station of metro line 3, where the owner picked us up and showed us to our room. Breakfast was brought to our room at a requested time each day, which was very convenient. The room was also nice and well designed, with a good view of Chengdu. We highly recommend this hotel if you intend to visit Chengdu and if we ever return, we will stay here again. :)

During our trip to Chengdu for tourism, the hotel provided a very nice room. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Lady Bellflower tea served in the lobby was delicious, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options with amazing flavors! The room was also very clean, and there were two elevators that made it easy to get around. This hotel is highly recommended, and I want to give a shoutout to the staff for their excellent service.

Perched at No.20 Shuwa North 3rd Street in Jinjiang District, this boutique haven nails it all. Spotless clean !! Awesome service: Staff like 7 ( seven) anticipated needs, from instant metro tips to welcome Sichuan teas and even got panda toy( it’s very cute 💓). Big rooms wow with city views, plush kings, and spa-like showers. Breakfast : Endless choices—spicy dan dan noodles, fluffy pancakes, build-your-own congee, plus vegan delights in a sunny atrium.
Prime spot: around 15-Mins to Daci Temple’s serene vibes, and easy hops to Chunxi Road shops or Kuanzhai Alley eats. First trip to the city but felt in love with city of Chengdu magic!

The hotel is absolutely superb! This visit was with my children. Nestled within the historic Qintai Ancient Path, its traditional Chinese decor seamlessly blends with the prime location. The facilities are comprehensive and spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. I've visited Chengdu countless times, but this was my first stay at Wanjun Tower, and it absolutely exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend experiencing it! Interestingly, the hotel attracts many foreign visitors (😉). I won't say too much, as I don't want to spoil all the mystery! Do come and experience it for yourselves when you get the chance! Oh, and a quick note: the hotel's Sichuan cuisine is incredibly authentic and will surely satisfy most palates. The pricing is quite reasonable too, far superior to those overpriced, influencer-hyped establishments outside. That's all I'll say for now, as there are actually many more highlights. Regrettably, I didn't have time to experience all of the hotel's services, so you'll just have to discover them for yourselves! Upon departure, the hotel even presented us with a small complimentary gift.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location is nearby the metro station and many food options nearby. The bed was comfortable and not super hard/firm like most Chinese hotels. I slept wonderfully. I would recommend this hotel for any solo foreign travelers.

The neighborhood is very convenient for punching points. The decoration of the homestay is very good, very clean, the whole house is smart, the toilet is automatically heated, the bathroom has a heating system, and I am very satisfied with it. In short, it is a very unpoke experience. It is great.

GGuest UserThis has been our 3rd time choosing ATour as our accommodation in China. We arrived very early in the morning with no vacant room allowed for early check-in. But the staffs working during that shift was very helpful to prioritize room, she has been trying her best to make our arrival at the most comfortable by serving hot tea and telling us to rest at the sofa area as outside is cold.
Also we must mention all staffs at every shift including the senior are friendly and helpful eg keeping our parcels and anything we need like refrigeratiing services. Keep it up!
This particular outlet also providing better pillows and comfortable linen, laundry, light supper, all time drinking water, enough space for storage in the room, good lighting, consistent water heating & good water pressure. Lift services are efficient too. If eating to much, just need to lose some weight in the well equipped gym.
Just one more thing to consider long term improvement is consider to install bidet or washlet for better hygiene care.
Need to say, not all ATour smells good, luckily this one does smell good. Is the smell important? It is very important to me, I won't appreciate lobby with sweat/ cigarettes/ food smells. I hope al ATour chain will practice this lobby scent.
This hotel location is super good if anyone loves shopping and food.

Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li are literally on the doorstep, and getting around Chengdu was incredibly convenient. The hotel was spotless, and the service was exceptionally attentive. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a pleasant surprise, they upgraded my room to one with a spectacular view, which really made my stay special.
The room itself exceeded my expectations - it was spotlessly clean with a modern design and amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I got great rest each night. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area and access local attractions.
I was also impressed by the housekeeping service. The cleaning staff was not only thorough but also very friendly and accommodating whenever I encountered them in the hallways.
What I particularly appreciated was the honesty in their marketing - the photos on their website are exactly what you get. No false advertising or disappointments upon arrival.
The staff also secured our luggage in a storage as we had a several hours wait for the flight and used it for last day walks in Chengdu.
