Originally, I found a place to open black with friends temporarily. I didn't expect the environment and facilities of this e-sports hotel to directly exceed expectations. After staying, I decisively joined the collection. I will open black here in the future!
The environment is clean and surprising, and there is no clutter in the traditional e-sports space. The room was spotless, the desktop and keyboard gaps could not see half a little dust, and the headset also had a refreshing feeling after disinfection, so I felt particularly relieved to use it. The ventilation is superb, there is no stuffy smell of heat dissipation, even the bedding is neatly laid, lying down is full of soft feeling of sunlight, and you can sleep in seconds when you are tired. The overall color is low-saturated technology wind, the lights are not dazzling, the atmosphere is full when it is dark, and it is very warm when resting.

Traveling to Chengdu with my kids, I wasn't sure where to stay at first. I spotted this place on Ctrip, advertised as Asia's largest single building, and its uniqueness immediately caught my attention, so we booked it. InterContinental hotels always have their own distinct charm, but staying at this particular one, nestled within such a massive, glass-enclosed complex, felt even more special than other InterContinentals. It wasn't until the following day that we learned Chengdu had experienced a torrential downpour the night we checked in – yet, cocooned in our 'other world' inside, we hadn't heard a thing. Good hotels in Chengdu often provide butler service, and our assigned butler was exceptionally responsible and attentive. My child had such a fantastic time playing in the water on the first day that they begged to stay an extra night. All our dining, entertainment, and activities were conveniently available right within this impressive glass-covered environment. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chengdu, bringing the kids back for more fun!

Oh my goodness, this place was absolutely fantastic! The facilities were all brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The room itself was huge, more than enough space for two people. Even the bathtub was spotless, and we had a lovely view from the window. What really stood out was the staff – they were all so friendly and helpful. I even called for a bottle opener late at night, and they had it sent up to my room within two minutes! And to top it all off, the price was incredibly reasonable, offering fantastic value for money. It truly exceeded all my expectations! Highly, highly recommended!

Upon check-in, I decided to try my luck and ask for an upgrade. To my delight, I was indeed upgraded to the Executive Floor! What a fantastic start to my Chengdu trip, setting a perfect mood from the get-go.
The housekeeping service was exceptional. Staff proactively checked our room two to three times daily, ensuring the air conditioning and curtains were always in perfect order. Water refills were prompt, and the staff were consistently patient and accommodating, never showing any hint of annoyance. A massive thank you to the housekeeping team for making our multi-generational family stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
And a special thank you to the gentleman who helped collect my express packages. My apologies for bothering you twice, but your assistance was greatly appreciated!

Every time I come to Chengdu for business, I stay here. I've always booked here and have even given them positive reviews twice! 😄 A huge plus of booking through Ctrip is the convenience of being able to extend my stay in the same room. All the hotel facilities are very new, and the cleanliness is consistently excellent. As I'm quite particular about hotels, this place has become my top choice every time I visit Chengdu for business. They are also quick to respond and proactive in resolving any issues. This time, I was even upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with a view. I hope they continue to maintain their current high standard of service and cleanliness. I'd especially like to commend the housekeeping staff; they are very polite, friendly, and incredibly thorough.

Disappointing stay because (1) contrary to my booking, the reception assigned a smoking room to me without telling me. It was only after I tried to sleep that the noxious smells got to me and I realised I was in a smoking room and had to request for a change, (2) throughout my stay 25 to 30 October 2024, the air-conditioning system for all the rooms was down, and the two small windows had to be opened to let in the outside air. Housekeeping was kind enough to bring in portable unit for my room after they noticed my discomfort. There was absolutely no notice or explanation from the hotel. Unacceptable.

Though my three-day stay was short, the experience at InterContinental Global Center Chengdu far exceeded my expectations. While comfortable facilities are a given, it's a concierge like Maggie Zhang who truly makes the hotel a 'home away from home' – she anticipates needs with keen observation, resolves issues with flexible execution, and creates memorable moments with genuine care. On the very first day, she helped me switch to a much cooler room, allowing me to sleep wonderfully that night! She meticulously and thoughtfully arranged small details like laundry collection and room cleaning. My son absolutely adored the panda plush toy she gave him! For families planning a trip to Chengdu, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel: not only for the vibrant atmosphere of the 'Land of Abundance,' but also because at this hotel, someone is always quietly going the extra mile for you.

I really loved the Minguo-era charm of this place. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and I appreciated the Bvlgari toiletries. The ambiance was great, the service was fantastic, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. This will be my go-to choice for future business trips to Chengdu.

As someone who spends most of their travel time at hotels, I've visited many cities across the country, and Chengdu left the best impression. A significant part of that positive experience I attribute to this accommodation.
First off, this hotel is incredibly pet-friendly – and it's not just a gimmick! Every aspect is well thought out. The lobby on the first floor has a pet supply station, and the room setup is very accommodating for pets, with no dangerous sharp edges or corners.
Next, the staff. Please, hotel management, give a special shout-out to your cleaning staff! They are incredibly efficient, meticulous in their cleaning, and have wonderful attitudes. The front desk team is equally excellent; no matter the time, they are always responsive, attentive, and thoughtful.
The surrounding area also features pet-friendly parks, which is a huge bonus for pet owners.
All in all, the hotel is fantastic. What's more, the nearby restaurants and cafes are excellent and offer great value for money, making them highly recommendable. This stay has made me love Chengdu even more!

Having stayed here before, I can confirm it's still a highly recommended hotel. The hotel's design and facilities are very well-thought-out and excellently maintained. The electric blackout curtains provide excellent light blocking and operate smoothly and quietly, reflecting their high quality. Amenities include a smart bidet toilet and a practical shelf above the bathtub. A bedside tablet allows for complete room control, managing air conditioning, lighting, and even the privacy glass. A notable improvement since my last stay two years ago is the introduction of a food delivery robot, capable of bringing items directly from the lobby to your room. Even when busy, the concierge staff still goes the extra mile to deliver items if the robot is occupied. The hotel's personal butler proactively connected with us on WeChat beforehand, attentive to our daily needs throughout our stay, and even presented a small gift to our child upon departure. Our stay included a daily replenished complimentary minibar and a one-time afternoon tea at the lobby bar, which offered a delightful ambiance.
However, there are some minor drawbacks. While its location above a large shopping mall offers convenient access to shopping and dining, it's quite a distance from the city center. The nearest subway station is a ten-minute walk away, and popular spots like Chunxi Road and People's Park are a 40-50 minute journey.

The staff was very warm and friendly. The room hygiene was really good. There was a top spray. Disposable toilet pad. More importantly, the boss is really attentive to operate, the hotel recommended to me by the front desk, the snacks are also superb, the reply is also very timely, every time is seconds. Stayed for several days, really highly recommended.

ZZelda33We were visiting some old friends here in Chengdu and couldn’t ask for a better family-friendly hotel! Booked the family room and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with it. The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Western and Eastern tastes.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the gym or laundry room, but they looked great. Even after we checked out, my daughter kept asking if we could go back to the hotel!
Will definitely choose here again next time!

在在书店做菜肴的荷花This property is a pleasant surprise! Unit is exactly what was shown in the property's pictures, except I had a much bigger TV screen.
The hotel reception for check-in is located right by Exit D of Xindao subway station. The reception and the unit building is also right next to a mall which has a standard food court and a myriad of stores. So a very convenient location.
The unit I was assigned to was on level 30 of the next building. It is a condo building with residents. I was assigned unit 3013, and it was very spacious.
The unit is very clean and well maintained. I had specifically booked this property because I wanted a unit with washing machine. The hotel management even provided 2 detergent pods, which was very appreciated.
Although the unit is advertised as smoking permitted, the unit did not smell of smoke.
The unit also had a huge projector screen for me to watch the latest drama.
The night view was really pretty. I was able to see the New Century Global Center from the floor to ceiling window.
Overall, I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay. I will come back again.

The service is really impeccable and very considerate. It was better than other B&B hotels I stayed at at the same time. I booked a projection room. The room was very large and the garden on the first floor was very comfortable. Since it was a late flight, I left my luggage at the B&B after checking out. The boss was very enthusiastic and said that you can pick it up at any time. I felt the enthusiasm of the people of Chengdu!

The location is also very convenient, about 300 meters away from Jincheng Lake subway station, and Jiannan Avenue is at the door. Downstairs is Tiexiang Temple Water Street, Fengdu Tianxia Food Street, and nearby are Ito Yokado and Luzhouli.
The housekeeper service is in place and the response is timely. There is a parking lot downstairs, 1 yuan per hour, and you can get a 6 yuan discount by asking the housekeeper~ Recommended to stay, high cost performance
