Very cheap but very acceptable. Very pleasant & helpful staff. Right next a good market & night food market. My only criticism is that I couldn’t get any cold or even tepid water for a shower which was quite a drawback considering the heat & humidity during my stay.in reception the is free coffee during the day & chilled drinking water in reception 24hr

The room are old, flush in the toilet is not good, 4th floor was too hot when you go out from your room with red and heater can get hot coffee at the lobby, there is good night market everyday infront of this hotel, swimming pool was small and too much chlorine , ive change the covers because i thinks not clean

At first they didn’t give us the room we booked.They gave a room on the ground floor with no windows.That was so bad. So we talked with the administrator of the hotel and trip.com and they changed us to the room on the upper floor with window.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel right? Next to the bizarre plenty of places to heat change your money massage parlour right next to the hotel and a beauty clinic. Excellent Location enjoy the day. Will be going back there soon,

Spacious and clean room, good location by night market but very quiet. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, really value for money. Highly recommended.

Reasonable rate with great location near the night markets area. Many restaurants around the area for nice food. Room is clean but only provide bath towels. Bed is hard. The staffs are friendly and helpful

Hotel don’t have reception 24 hours service
Reception staff and the whole hotel staff only available till 10:00 PM
After that time , if you enter hotel with your room key .
Hotel is very quiet if you afraid of Ghost , I suggest that not to stay at Hotel .
Because old hotel and very quiet.

Very close to several of Chiang Mai’s bustling night markets, couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel has a quiet little pool which I really liked. We were given a nice room with a large bed. The only issue I had was that the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, making it difficult to wash.

This time I stayed in room 406. The Wi-Fi has been greatly improved. The location is good. There are shower gel, shampoo, plastic slippers, tea, and coffee. There are free snacks and coffee in the lobby. The service attitude is very good; it's just that the weather is hot and the clothes are washed. There is nowhere to hang out. Judging from the details, the operator is very smart. We were originally going to stay for 18 days. As a person who is on vacation and working, it is very important for the network to be smooth. In the past few times, the network card was very powerful, so I asked a friend in Chiang Mai to borrow it. The price of a B&B with good network is 3,000 baht for half a month. The housing environment is acceptable (see video). I didn’t expect that the hotel network has improved, and I will probably stay here again in the future.

The landlady is very kind and courteous. She was considerate and explained the rules of the inn to us. The hotel is a few steps from the night market. There are free drinks and snacks in the lobby. There were many negative comments from other guests, but I think it's great that they provide such service at such a low price. If I had to say something, it would be that the mattress had a dent in it and it's about time to replace it. I would like to stay here again.
The owner is very polite and courteous. She would patiently explain how to use the auto lock, or what is allowed or not allowed at the hotel. It also provides free drinks and some snacks in the lobby. I personally think that at this price, the hotel is doing all it can to provide a comfortable stay for the guests. The hotel is just a few steps away from the night market.
The only thing that may need improvement would be that the mattress I slept may need repair or replacement. I will come back at my next visit.
