We were disappointed that we were never made aware that there wasn't daily room service, until we arrived. The carpet was dirty. We had to seek out towels, toilet paper & tissues and had to empty our own garbage. The good was at the people at the front desk, all excellent. Also in the breakfast buffet, staff was excellent. The breakfast was OK, but lacking variety, no danish. I know you may have economic reasons for such poor situations, but the customer shouldn't have to suffer. La Quinta changed for the worst under Wyndham If we knew we had to do all the work, we would have gone to an Air BNB. We would look elsewhere than La Quinta in the future. Very dissapointed.
