GGuest UserI have only positive things to say about this hotel and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Chongqing, especially those who want to explore the Shapingba area and/or be close to the Shapingba train station. It's about a 10 minute Didi/taxi ride away which made my commute really easy. I highly, highly encourage anyone to stay at this hotel!
1. It is newly opened (I believe October-December of 2024) and so it is very clean. It literally sparkles! Housekeeping is really good at keeping the room neat and tidy, which you can see from my pictures. I felt very comfortable staying there and of course, the decor was very nice! There is no smoke smell in the room due to it being newly opened.
2. It is a very quiet hotel. It is only one floor (floor 1 is technically the second floor on top of the lobby) to my knowledge and the other guests are pretty quiet.
3. The laundry room is extremely nice. It is very clean (no moldy smell) and the washer and dryer are separate, so it is very effective. There are two washers and two dryers and they provide laundry detergent and also an antibacterial wash if you need it. The laundry room is on the third floor and requires taking a different elevator to get there. Furthermore, the laundry room is in the same room as the gym but there isn't any heavy laundry smell that will disrupt your workout. There are also sinks, an ironing board, and a steamer (if I recall correctly) in the laundry room for all of your needs! The laundry machines are also quite advanced in the sense that you can adjust the temperature if you want; for example, I dried my clothes on low heat. Basically, all of the amenities are nice.
4. Finally, I have to say that the service provided by this hotel is top-notch. You can communicate all of your questions and such to them on WeChat and they reply promptly and so nicely. I checked out at around noon and a few hours later, while en route to my next destination via train, I texted them asking if they had seen a charger or anything of the sort left in the room as I had this feeling that I'd forgotten something. Not only did they reply immediately, but they even sent pictures of additional things that I'd forgotten, such as my slippers, that I didn't even think of. They helped to arrange a kuaidi (courier) to deliver my forgotten items to my next hotel and even helped arrange for express delivery so I could get it as soon as possible. They didn't charge any extra fees for this; all I did was pay the delivery fee for the courier. And when I couldn't track the progress of my order (just foreigner things), they sent me screenshots every time I asked for updates. Another time they helped me out was when I took the wrong elevator and was having trouble getting back up to my floor; I contacted them on WeChat and someone came to help me right away and explain what to do!
This is a truly wonderful hotel with really caring staff. I highly recommend staying here!

LLester JuayGreat hotel that begins with a luxurious lobby space and warm hospitality. The rooms are well-equipped, and the butler service on WeChat is convenient and responsive. The pool and saunas were comfortable, and the gym was sufficiently equipped.
We had several requests that were all met expediently (such as getting bubblewrap to help us with protecting the glassware we bought). Special shoutout to Miss Lilyan, the attentive and friendly front-counter staff member who went out of her way to prepare gifts for us before we left. Miss Nicole was also the person behind our prompt WeChat butler service. Kudos to the both of them!
This hotel is among the more expensive choices in Chongqing city, but it is easy to understand why as the overall experience did not fall short of a 6-star experience. The location is great from the airport (it saves you from needing to cross the bridge and join the traffic jam), but accessibility to city centre remains great. Our room had a partial view of Hongyadong too!

GGuest UserThis hotel was easy to find, I was afraid of not being able to find it due to reading so many other reviews about other hotels being difficult to spot. However, I had no issue. It’s located at the 21st floor of a building with offices and other hotels. That being said, sometimes there is a bit of a wait for the elevator (I think there were 3 or 4) but it’s not terrible. Around 5-10min wait. There are also restaurants and convenience stores right in front of the hotel that close very late (maybe past midnight).
It’s very close to the metro station (1-2min walk) and at the heart of many attractions. I mainly chose this hotel due to its convenient location to all of the main attractions in Chongqing without being too crowded and at a good price point with city view. I even got an upgrade to my room which was a bonus. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. I had no issue at all and they were always open and willing to help. I like how welcomed I felt. The room was quite big and clean with a smart bidet toilet (rare gem).
Overall, I highly recommend! While it is not located near all the crowd and the shops; it’s a nice getaway from all the bustle.

LLuangritivutiThe hotel location is marvelous at the central of Jiafangbei area and close to all restaurant and shopping center. The staff were very nice at front-desk and restaurant. The room was comfortable with electric toilet. They were cleaning the room daily. The breakfast menu has variety of menu. Mostly in Chinese style. The bed and pillow was good quality for good sleeping after traveling. We were on 26 floor a bit noise from street on Sat and Sun but week day quiet. But no disturb noise from the other room. The room has full glass wall and you can see the sky line and vibrant of the city.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the subway station. The room was clean, the bath towels were disposable, and the bedding was comfortable. The only problem was that the air conditioner couldn't adjust the air volume. Even the lowest setting was loud, whirring. It was quiet only when the air conditioner was turned off. But in Chongqing with a temperature of 37 degrees Celsius, it's impossible not to use the air conditioner. Overall, 4 stars.

GGuest UserWe spent three nights at the Harmony Oasis Hotel. The location, the room and the breakfast were excellent. The staff was very kind and always available for any request (we had, on request, the room before the check-in time and an upgrade of the room).
The location is great for exploring the city center and very strategic for public transportation.
Honestly, nothing negative to report. We will definitely come back to this hotel for our next trip in Chingqung.

The room sound proofing is good. AirCon is cold. Bed is comfortable and the breakfast has a wide variety of food.

The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the city and river. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart devices are all available, showing quality in every detail. The attentive service and exquisite afternoon tea in the executive lounge make people feel noble, and the authentic Sichuan cuisine of Lemei Chinese Restaurant is even more amazing, especially the signature spicy noodles. The gym is open 24 hours a day, the rooftop swimming pool has a wide view, and the night lights create a romantic atmosphere. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, actively upgrading the room type when checking in, and the room service responds quickly. Overall, this is a hotel that perfectly combines luxury experience with mountain city culture, and is highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality! GGuest UserThis is a serviced apartment and I booked 2 x two bedroom River view apartments for my family of 6. We are from the UK and Hong Kong. The apartment was very spacious 128 sq metres with big living room, dining room, kitchen, separate laundry room, master bedroom + en-suite and walk-in closet and 2nd bedroom with bathroom. The view of the river was amazing. The property is right by the riverside in a relatively quiet area and next door is a police station. Chongqing is a very heavily populated city and it was somewhat of a relief to come back to a more peaceful area. It’s very safe and behind the property about 10 mins walk up the stair route is a shopping district. Note: this is a serviced apartment and there are families who live here on a longer term basis. I didn’t notice any big tour group style guests either. It’s not a huge famous branded hotel, so you need to carry the name card and address of the property to tell the taxi drivers.
The breakfast is a simple buffet style. More continental style with a few more hot add-ons like dumplings and eggs. You can also order takeout and the it will be delivered to your room via a robot!
The front desk staff are very helpful although they don’t really speak much English. However, they do try to use a translation app and we were able to converse. They would give us recommendations on tourist hotspots and detailed explanations on how to get there by public transportation. The staff may not be so international, but they are friendly, helpful and kind hearted if you give them some patience. I must commend Nancy from front desk for helping me to courier a jacket which I left in the wardrobe after check-out. It was delivered back to my home in Hong Kong the next day. Much appreciation for her texting me in English and having such a helpful manner.
I was able to use the washing machine/dryer for my laundry and found it thoughtful that they provided a sachet of washing powder. The appliances : fridge, microwave, washing machine, electric hobs are all good quality Siemens, Electrolux. Whilst the property is slightly dated, the decor of the rooms themselves are comfortable and clean and had the sense of quiet luxury. I would recommend that they put in a better quality of shower curtain to keep up with the rest of the decor. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels refreshed daily too. They don’t have cotton buds or cotton wool, toothbrush etc. in the bathroom trays like the do in normal hotels but the front desk do give you a set of toothbrush upon check-in. I believe this is something to do with an eco-friendly policy.
My family members used the pool facilities in the mornings and found it to be big enough for a good swim. The only thing they were not used to was lack of a life-guard manning the pool and also the sauna and steam room were a bit dated.
Overall, a very positive experience and good value for the price. It is like a home away from home and excellent for families who want to be together, yet also retreat to their own rooms.

The location and facility are unique. It's a quick road to the Airport also, the surroundings have a lot of shops and foodies. The room and toilet are all equipped with the automated system. We were able to do the laudry and the bed are super comfort, best sleep ever.
