Zimu Hotel

The hotel is located near the subway entrance, which is very convenient! The decoration style is quite tasteful. On the first day, they gave us small fruits and snacks. When we checked out, we also gave us small gifts, which were crumpled by my suitcase. The staff were very enthusiastic and greeted us every day, which was great!

Service: The service is impeccable. Both the front desk and the aunt are very good, warm and polite, which makes people feel comfortable. Hygiene: The hygiene is not very good. There is no clean hair on the bed. The bathroom basin is not very clean. Environment: The environment is not very good. There is a late-night snack street downstairs, and there are people making noises in the middle of the night. Facilities: The facilities are the most criticized. The door lock cannot be locked from the front, and can only be locked with a chain; the lock tongue of the bathroom door is also broken; the room soundproofing is very poor. There was a sound of dragging things upstairs on the third floor until midnight, and I didn't rest well all night. I originally booked two nights, but checked out early the next day. The so-called Republic of China style is just some retro ornaments in the corridor, and the room is very old. The name of the previous hotel is still on the washstand. I have been to Chongqing so many times, and this stay experience is the worst.
