Rezen King Town Hotel

This super nice guy kept calling me after coming out of Shapingba station and told me how to get there. He was very patient. The maid at breakfast also kept asking with concern whether we were full and what dishes we wanted to eat. If we were not satisfied, we would tell her (it was very frugal and not wasteful, which is commendable) and the young lady would also help us solve the problem in time!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the road from the expressway to the hotel is smooth. Going out to the bus station, it is very close to Sanxia Square. There is a lot to eat around. The hotel staff are all enthusiastic and respond quickly to any needs. They know that we are going out to play and offer water and fruit in the evening. There is a washing machine and dryer for your own use. Seeing that there are many of us, they even provided a clothes rack for us to hang our clothes. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful and the accommodation environment is quiet. Highly recommended.

I'm really speechless. I stayed here for three consecutive days and didn't have to worry about a single day. Not because it was more convenient to live here, but I really wanted to change places. They gave me a room on the first day, but there was a man when I entered the room. I was lying on the bed, and the front desk kept apologizing, thinking it didn't matter. No one made any mistakes. But the next day, I changed rooms. I couldn't open the door when I took the room key card. I asked the cleaning lady to open the door, which made me angry. Auntie was not happy, so forget it. On the third day, she went down to the front desk early in the morning to tell us that we had extended our stay and made room cards for us. As a result, she kept knocking on the door at noon and finally called us to ask us to check out. Really, Don't you know how to read the order? Forget it. I came back from shopping in the afternoon. Even a pregnant woman was tired from shopping, so I wanted to go back to the hotel to rest and use the small toilet. But the door couldn't be opened again. I kept talking on the phone at the front desk. I was really speechless for that minute. I really wanted to curse. Aren’t you tired from running around? Are you front desks really so bad at business? It’s not mainly a front desk. I used to work as a hotel front desk for seven or eight years. Really? Yes, I don’t know how I got the job. The hotel environment and facilities are okay. Hey, I don’t want to say much else. I won’t stay here again tomorrow. I’m really tired from running around.

There are restaurants and shops just outside the door, making life convenient. Service: The lady at the front desk is very gentle. The restaurant is on the first floor. Breakfast has Chinese and Western options, as well as vegetables and small desserts. The breakfast variety is quite rich and the taste is very good.
