酒店價格超貴，設施不咋地。攜程具名了由酒店開票，退房時前台不給開，後來聯繫客服，説當時工作忙，稍後回覆我，一等就是一天，再次聯繫客服，答應了開票，收快遞時竟然是到付，這樣的服務意識讓人無語！軟硬設施如此，大家選擇需謹慎！
