The location of the hotel is very very practical and very close to many tourist attractions. You can walk to most tourist spots. The 180 degree view is amazing and the over sized tub was just what we needed after a long day of walking. The concierge and in general the staff were amazing! Will return and will recommend. We booked attraction tickets through the hotel and it was easy and efficient.

Highly recommended!! Comfortable bed, good location and facilities.. some hiccup initially but the service recovery was totally 👍. The staff and everyone make the stay a great one! Will definitely be back to stay in this hotel chain if I am coming back to Chong Qing again. :)

The hotel is located in the center of Chongqing, which is very convenient for sightseeing, and the room is very clean. My housekeeper is Peaches.🍑Her service is very good and makes me feel very comfortable. If I have a chance, I will stay in this hotel again.

The service level and view from the room are impeccable. The hotel assigns a personal butler on wechat who provides various services and advice. 桃子was very polite and goes the extra mile. Will definitely stay again.

Located on the 30th floor of chaotianmen building, ISEYA had one of the best views on offer. We booked the 270 degree view room and it was stunning. Location was super convenient as it was right next to the metro and service was amazing. 24 hour butler service, free laundry/drying and the robot delivery of our takeaway was a nice touch too. Would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made it incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the incredible staff. Every team member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Their outstanding service made our stay feel extra special.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
