I smelled a distinct odor when I lay down on the first night, and thought it was the smell of the pillow. On the second night, I smelled a odor as soon as I leaned against the head of the bed before I lay down. I confirmed again and again that it was not the pillow but the odor of the decoration emitted by the soft cushion of the head of the bed. The next day, I met two ladies in the elevator and they also communicated that the room smelled bad. Service: Needs improvement. 1. I asked for an extra quilt at the front desk, and they gave me a quilt core, but there was no quilt cover. 2. On the second day of staying for two consecutive nights, I went back to the room and couldn’t open the door. I went to the front desk to deal with it. The front desk said it was because of our order (later found out that the front desk remembered the customer’s name wrong), and didn’t feel sorry until the end of the process. There is no anger here, just suggestions that the service level can be improved.

There are only two four-star hotels in Rongchang (the information I searched on Ctrip does not represent the real data). One of them has been open longer than this hotel, so I chose this one. I thought that four-star hotels should have unified standards. But, but, it is shameful that the breakfast does not respect the four-star standard. There is no basic bread. Well, there is no bread. There must be steamed buns, no! When I asked the waiter, the waiter actually said that there are sports teams these days and their standards are like this. I am your customer, not a team diner. Why should I treat your customers with group meals? Breakfast is not as good as any small hotel. It's such a pity that management problems and lack of respect for customers' ideology cannot be explained clearly with just one bad review. The location is slightly off, 2.7 kilometers from the district government. The area is large, the venue environment is good, there are gyms and badminton halls. Because I came to participate in the marathon, the hotel set up a special welcome sign. Parking is free.

This price is OK. The location is a bit remote. If you just want to stay, it's OK. The hygiene is OK. The breakfast is rich. I have stayed here for several days in a row! I will stay here next time!
