The hotel says it is 4 stars and parking is free. The young lady at the front desk is very nice and enthusiastic. The service is also good. But the room is okay, but there is a big smell of feet when entering, which is too bad because it is too late. I'm sorry to change the room. Really, the first time I encountered it, it would happen with 4 stars. I feel very disappointed.

太臭了，衞生間的臭味整個房間都聞得到，晚上都握着鼻子在睡覺，真想不通外觀這麼豪華的酒店會有這樣的問題，真是不可思意，路上車子太吵也就算了，就是這個臭味真的受不了

2023年3月13-14日入住，舟車勞頓衹想洗個澡休息，酒店標明有24小時熱水，實則入住時沒有，反饋酒店説無法處理，理由是住滿人了沒有熱水，後面就不理會不處理問題。還有，後面門禁也刷了進不去，拿去前台重新刷了也不行，後面是保潔阿姨幫開的門，入住體驗真讓人心累。

朋友來住我在網上幫訂160一天，第二天沒有退房，下午看網上沒有房，於是打電話到前台，前台説今天要188，我説續住為什麼不能和昨天一樣價格，難道明天你在不放出房間，要280也要付你那麼多，她説是的，這種水平都能做前台經理，我真笑了。這前台經理服務又差，情商又低，還不會變通，難怪酒店生意差，原來是有原因的，以後再不會推薦朋友入住。
