Excellent! This stay absolutely blew my expectations out of the water! The room facilities and cleanliness were impeccable, far surpassing what I anticipated. The service was equally outstanding, going above and beyond. A huge shout-out to our dedicated personal butler – they were amazing! I'll definitely be returning; this place is a must-book!

The hotel room was very satisfied, the cleaning was very clean, the room was neatly arranged Facilities: The facilities are very new and complete. The nail clippers at the front desk and the makeup remover cotton are very intimate. Hygienic: Hygiene is very clean, the hall is also very clean and big, more stylish Environment: Very good location is very good to find there is a university nearby and a new Hefang pedestrian street. It is convenient to go shopping and eat. Check in and give fruit and foot bath service. Like the front desk.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel remains immaculately clean and refreshing, and all the service staff were particularly welcoming. I'm so glad the hotel has recaptured that original 'home away from home' feeling. There are no unnecessary frills or gimmicks, just genuine, dedicated service and thoughtful care from every member of staff. Overall, I am extremely satisfied!
