Radisson Hotel Louisville North Reviews

While we arrived in the early morning hours (almost 1 am), we needed to wait to check in due to only 1 person at the front desk who was quite slow. Upon arriving to our room, it was clean but was freezing cold. Looking at the bathroom, I realized that a shower would be questionable. They painted the old tub/shower and the paint was chipping and peeling all over. I chose no shower but my husband did shower…and the drain didn’t work! The hotel was near an interstate (a plus) but the traffic was loud. Not sure I’d recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in hair dryer shocked us was broken on inside the bathroom was so nasty shower was worse and we found a spider in the room also wouldn’t give a refund the window wouldn’t even lock or shut all the way

This has been a local getaway for over 30years for me and my family. Everyone is so nice I love the big old style luxury. It’s a great place to stay

When I checked in the front desk stopped in the middle to talk to a sick coworker. Sick coworker was working the front desk when I checked out. The room was very cold and impossible to hear cause the window was so drafty. I wanted to take a relaxing back but the tub had been painted at one point and the paint was peeling really badly. I took pics.

Water ran from the ceiling in the shower, when they took a shower on the 2nd floor, the waterfall was 2 times a day, they didn’t change the room, because it was just an overnight stay, from the pluses there is a nice park for jogging, Ohio Falls

Very nice hotel! Really nice indoor pool, wish I had time to have enjoyed it. Room was clean and staff was very nice. Weekends the bar has a dj that I did get to enjoy. Very close to downtown louisville which made it very convenient for me and the show I was seeing at Mercury Ballroom. I will use this hotel again!

The room was very clean, and was just what we needed. Only drawback was a band was staying on the same floor, across from us and made alot of noise, running to and from rooms, carrying on, and practicing, So we didnt get alot of rest,

The staff there was very nice and very helpful. The hotel is an older hotel, but the food in the resteraunt was good and it was close to several locations. I will stay here again.

This hotel is wonderful. The restaurant inside has delicious food and great service and the employees at the front desk were polite and helpful!

Stay would’ve been better had I been able to get a hot shower during my 3 day stay. Hot water in the sick but cold water in the shower, brought this to the attention of the staff on Friday morning, and again on Saturday and was assured that maintenance would be by shortly to look at it and if it couldn’t be fixed they would change our room. Well maintenance never showed up and never got changed to another room. Upon talk to front desk at check out there were 3 other guest who had the same complaints and that the hotel manager would be in contact with me by phone to set up some type of reimbursement for the issue. No one has called to this point to even try to make things right.

The hotel is older and reminds me of hotels from the 90’s. My family loves to stay here because it’s not like all of the cookie cutter hotels. Yes, it is dated. Yes, it is clean. Yes, they are super-friendly.

First room we where given smelled like smoke. 2nd room that we changed to, the tv didn't function properly.
