Hotels in Altstadt-Süd, Cologne

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all friendly. The bathroom even had a bathtub, so I enjoyed a relaxing bath. The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and I was completely satisfied. The hotel was also filled with Seo's works, which was truly stunning. If I stay in Cologne again, I'd definitely book here again.

It wasn’t the best experience for several reasons. First of all, the room lacked some small but important details — for example, there was no kettle. Secondly, the cleanliness was not up to standard; there was noticeable dirt, especially in the bathroom. Towels are not changed daily (the room is cleaned only every three days), which is quite surprising for a four-star hotel — it’s the first time we’ve encountered this. Additionally, the reception staff was not very informative and didn’t provide any explanations.

The hotel is hygienic and staff are nice. It’s not really close to the train station, but close to the light train station

The cleanliness and facilities provided match with it room charges. The breakfast of the hotel was very expensive. It's about HKD300 per head. The hotel should work something on it for the convenience of the customers

The room is clean and has a refrigerator. The hotel is located behind the three faucet buildings in Cologne, next to the main street, and it is noisy when the windows are open. There is a gym on the top floor, open from 6 am to 10 pm, and there is only one multifunctional gym for strength training, but the height is suitable for giants 😂

Excellent location. Formerly an Interconti Hotel 5 stars. Therefore the rooms are very spacious and luxurious but unfortunately with many traces of use. A makeover is therefore certainly in order. Bathroom with bath and separate shower was fine. Parking right next to the hotel and Holmes Spa in the building. Everything at extra cost. Service generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast, if not booked in advance for 32.00 euros is too expensive. The hotel is more modern than the somewhat further away Hotel Maritim.

I totally recommend this hotel. We stayed there during a fair in Cologne and it is super well located. There is a tram about 10mon walk from. The hotel is surrounded by a lot choices of restaurants, shops, supermarkets. It's in the older part of the city, on the other side of the river. Hotel itself, they had a great selection for breakfast, the staff is very nice, the room are clean and nice and peaceful. I would go back

Great place to stay..just above the station with mere minutes to walk . Nice room and splendid breakfast offerings. Room does not provide toothbrush 🪥 so bring one . No slippers if you feel that you need.

Quite disappointed with the stay. We paid extra for the Kind Aqua Deluxe room because of the room photo showing the window with arcs, but we were assigned the normal window view. By cancelling the housekeeping, you were only given 1 cocktail per room, instead of other hotel chains where 2 drinks were given. The hotel has already save housekeeping cost, but only one drink were given as they hope the 2nd guest will spend on the drink. It will be more hospitable if 2 drinks were given or based on number of guest.

The room is a little small, but it has complete facilities, is clean and sanitary, and is surrounded by streets, supermarkets and restaurants. Life is very convenient, transportation is very convenient, and the service attitude is very good. Good reviews!
