Amazingly, this hotel lacks a parking lot or garage. Guest cars are aligned on the sidewalk or crowded in an “open parking lot” in the rear. This is an euphemism the hotel uses to name an open area anyone can access, dark, no vogilance space. Lobby is located 50 yards from street, no car can come closer. So you have to load your bags on hand (rain, cold or whatever the weather might be). Room has good space but decoration is poor. Flooring tiles totally unpleassant, cold, appropiate for an outdoor space only, not for a beedroom. Architects for this building need to go back to the university. Tried to call for two hours to announce a late check in, and no one answered. On arrival, only one staff member was at the lobby, and the phone was ringing without answer. Very poor experience.
