Love this hotel. Staff is great . Brkfst is full buffet style n my pets r always allowed

Found this place on trip.com, and what a pleasant surprise! The building is probably a mix of 60s and 80s constitution but the rooms have been updated a time or two it appears. The big surprise was the large atrium w excellent in house dining. We had a party of 9 which was no problem for dinner or breakfast the following morning in the large dining areas w/ in the atrium. Both the meals were excellent and the wait staff was a pleasure at both (rare these days). Stop ngly advise for families looking for all in one convenience, room to spread out, and lots of amenities. Fyi, there’s even a pool and a large central fire place in the atrium, neither of which were we able to take advantage of (this time).

Location is great. Property is dated but nice . Staff is excellent, rooms are clean, and complimentary breakfast is above and beyond any others ive found. Am a repeat customer and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit old, the air conditioner is loud and a bit noisy, and it is affordable and complete with supporting facilities.

Value for money hotel. Most come to see the Garden of the Gods. The room was very clean and the coffee served a variety of flavours. Breakfast has many choices and tastes good. There is a swimming pool in the hall. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub is also big.

The staff at this property were very friendly and helpful the property it self was comfortable and clean. Will definitely return here if I come back to Colorado. You will not be disappointed also the breakfast is delicious!!

It was a great place to stay. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Thehotel lobby is gorgeous!

The entire time I stayed the staff was very rude and then after staying for an entire week, never causing any issues, and being a platinum member, they didn't let me extend for another night and didn't give me a reason why and was super rude about it as well.

The bed was hard, breakfast was not as good as I heard. Check in was super simple and the person was very nice. Cool concept with the main lobby/hotel.

The rooms are updated but the hotel is old and it shows. The breakfast is not great so I went somewhere else. The walls are also thin. I heard too much from the room next door.

The hotel was gorgeous! The lobby is beautiful and at night they turn the lighs down and the mood is super relaxing. The pool area is clean and beautiful. The rooms were clean and nice and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely be staying here any time I have to be in Colorado Springs.

There was a bandaid in the stairwell which was actually there both times (ie: not cleaned) My partner said the other stairwell, the one at the end of the hallway had what seemed to be people sleeping/sitting in the stairwell. He didn't tell me until after because he didn't want to scare me. Thankfully the kids never went down that stairwell. Pool, foosball, and ping pong ok

Beds are uncomfortable but otherwise it was nice. Restaurant food was super good and breakfast was nice!

It was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very nice. It was a very enjoyable stay and I’ll definitely come back.
