Deplorable service, dirty hostel, not recommended,

It was good in relation to quality/price.

Good hostel and great people the workers of the hostel

It has been a 3-day trip with the family. The cleaning is normal, but the sheets and mattresses are terrible. The shower drain didn't work and the bathroom flooded. We have had some bugs and we have woken up in the morning full of bites.

The hotel is located in an area that has nothing and far from the center but has a bus stop next door. Good cleaning: everything perfect, although the sheets are a bit old. When we arrived to check-in, no one was there, but when we called him on the phone, he came right away. The facilities are good, it would be nice if they added more chairs in the vending machine area and on the terrace. For the price paid it was not bad.

Not bad but not the best. The bad was a little bit uncomfortable. Apart from that everything went well. Best for your money though

I enjoyed this hotel because of the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, and it felt homey.

It was very confortable. The staff service were so nice. That's pity after two times the staff for the shower, in the bathroom didn't resolved our problem, because the water didn't move very fast, after a shower. However, we're love it the place, the quarter and it was a very attention staff. Great, thank you.

Owner tried to scam us. They say there is a system error/water damage/ no electricity and that they can't offer any rooms. Avoid at any cost!

HORRIBLE. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES, TE DEJAN TIRADO EN LA CALLE. NO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO. ILEGALES.

We couldn’t stay in the property, we were told that due to a water leak in the upper part of the property. He couldn’t speak English and another resident had to explain to us. Then he dropped us in another hotel for the first night, but didn’t inform the staff if we would be able to stay in there for the other 2 nights. We had drive back to the hotel and he drove us to a hostel for another night. Then we spent our last night in the airport u all right as our flight was early morning. This spoiled our trip and I will be contacting ******* to get refund

Poor maintenance, needs a good investment in renewal. My room had a leek in the corner, already dry but still without fixing

DESDE QUE LLEGAMOS EL PRIMER DÍA NOS HICIERON ESPERAR DICIENDO QUE ESTABAN HACIENDO OTRA HABITACIÓN, CUANDO TERMINARON VIMOS QUE ERA LA NUESTRA. LIMPIEZA HORRIBLE, PELOS EN LA CAMA, TOALLAS SUCIAS Y CHICLE MASTICADO ABAJO DE LA CAMA. TODAS LAS NOCHES SIN PODER DESCANSAR POR EL RUIDO DE GOLPES. LO PEOR DE NUESTRA ESTANCIA FUE LA INSEGURIDAD YA QUE EN VARIAS OCASIONES ESCUCHAMOS EN LA MISMA RECEPCIÓN GOLPES Y PELEA. ADEMÁS LA RECEPCIÓN QUE SE DICE QUE ES 24h SOLAMENTE ESTABA A CIERTAS HORAS Y LA PUERTA SE QUEDA ABIERTA TODA LA NOCHE, PUDIENDO ENTRAR CUALQUIER PERSONA DEL EXTERIOR. EL PENÚLTIMO DÍA DE NUESTRA ESTANCIA QUE FUERON 3 NOCHES, DEJAMOS LA LLAVE PORQUE LA HABITACIÓN NO CERRABA, CUANDO LLEGAMOS POR LA TARDE NO HABÍA NADIE EN RECEPCIÓN Y LA LLAVE DE LA HABITACIÓN LA DEJÓ EN EL MOSTRADOR A MANO DE CUALQUIER PERSONA, TRAS 10 MINUTO DE ESPERA Y LLAMADAS COGIMOS LA LLAVE Y ENTRAMOS EN HABITACIÓN, TRAS PASAR UN POCO DE TIEMPO ESCUCHAMOS GOLPES EN RECEPCIÓN Y GRITOS, COSA QUE NO FUIMOS LOS ÚNICOS EN ESCUCHARLO, EL ALOJADO EN LA HABITACIÓN DEL LADO DE RECEPCIÓN TAMBIÉN LO ESCUCHO TODO… DESPUÉS DELESCANDOLO ESCUCHAMOS A UNA PERSONA VOMITAR Y PARA NUESTRA SORPRESAAL DÍA SIGUIENTE VIMOS EL VOMITO EN LA SALIDA DEL HOTEL Y NUESTRO COCHE GOLPEADO POR AL PARECER UNA PATADA. SELOCOMENTAMOS ALRECEPCIONISTA Y LE COMENTAMOS LOSUCEDIDO Y DICEQUE DESCONOCÍA LA PELEA,QUE EL HABÍA ESTADO ESE DÍA SOBRE ESAS HORAS Y NO ESCUCHONADA, Y POR LAS CÁMARAS LAPOLI NO LE DEJA GRABAR(MENTIRS)
