Hotel rates are reasonable beautiful seaside view easy to find transportation grab taxi is readily available

The room is comfortable and very nice view. Location is not in the main town area which is nice because less noise from the road. They also have free popcorn and ice cream for bonvoy members but they forget to gave us the welcome drink which is ok we didn’t complain. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We went during the New Year’s Eve and the location was perfect, the countdown party was just along the street where the hotel was located. The beautiful sea view from the balcony was nice too. However it is further away from the city, good for those who are looking for a quiet area.

It’s been enjoyable staying ! The staff were excellent in helping. We especially enjoy the food and friendly service at the Horizon Bar and The Spa was excellent on the 34th floor of the hotel!

Excellent service, great view to the beach, also can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. However the room was too close to the elevator hall where the noise still came in to the room. I must give a thumb up to the service of hotel staffs while I left my documents in the safety box and returned to me safely. Thank you all!

Nice place with beautiful scene! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love to stay in Horizon Bar for relaxing and having food. The pool is fantastic and SPA centre is also good place to go!

It is very difficult to get the elevator especially during 8-10am. We usually have to wait 10mins when coming down for breakfast and going up after breakfast despite the hotel having 4 elevators. A lot of tour groups there so one of the reason for waiting time. Housekeeping is not basic, there was once they even missed out cleaning our room when we came back to the hotel at 5pm. We did not out any “do not disturb” sign at all.
Facilities of hotel is good. They have sauna, a very nice gym, pool. Breakfast is good as well but take note of the cleanliness of the cups and bowls. I spotted 3-4 dirty cups and plates during my 4 night stay there.

Nice stay, staff are kind and helpful.
They upgrade us to sea view corner room with lovely bathtub to relax and enjoy the view

The entire stay was far from pleasant to say the least. Service was horrible (a handful of the staff) and unfortunate events happened far too frequently which affected the entire stay. Many of the staff were also not proficient in English which resulted in communication issues. The only saving grace was the view from my room.

The hotel is quite nice but the service is not really good especially in the restaurant at 4rd floor.
I think the hotel was fully occupied during my stay. There are lots of guests during 0830 at the restaurant. The waiter checked my room number and let me go. I have to find a table by myself. The utensils were put inside a stainless baskets and we seemed like we are taking breakfast in the fast food shop. All crowded and the environment is completely not like a 5 star hotel. Very bad experience in these 2 days at breakfast time. But the choices are many, but not special.
There is only 1 coffee machine in a restaurant which serve more than hundreds of guests. There is a coffee corner which provide coffee, latte but only VIP will be served. My friend asked for a latte made by a staff named Chinh ( maybe wrong spelling) but her reply was this was serve to VIP, not you and you could get your own by coffe machine. I really can't believe this is a 5 star hotel service.
Besides of the Eatery restaurant, other facilities like sa, gym, swimming pool, sanua are quite nice to me. You have to go to the spa where provide good service at not expensive price, very beautiful environment and sea view.
I think the management should improve their service and try to upgrade the service in the restaurant.
