The lake view from the room and lobby is excellent. Spacious room but slightly difficult to find places to keep our thing and hang our clothes. If the room can add more sofa will be great. Butler Xiao Xing is very attentive. Overall is good.

酒店在洱海邊上，景色很漂亮，看到了洱海日落，
精緻海景下午茶，貼心的管家小星，房間衞生也乾淨，沒有煙味異味好評了，晚安甜品還有熱牛奶，走的時候還特意送了伴手禮，一開始擔心坐小三輪進去，還特意打電話問，客服耐心回答説是幫我們拉箱子的，因為古鎮的路有點凹凸不平，我們到的時候特意到外面路口接我們，確實是拖行李的😄😄總之非常滿意，下次還會選擇這裏！

這次雲南之行，三色雲河客棧給了我太多驚喜！之前在網上選了很多酒店，最後定的這家，從預訂到入住，還給我升級了房間，一進門就被那寬敞明亮的大堂和熱情的服務所打動。
房間內部設計簡潔而不失格調，最愛的是那個海景陽台，早上醒來就能看到洱海的波光粼粼，晚上則是滿天繁星，簡直太浪漫了！
不得不提的是，這裏的服務真的很貼心。有天晚上回來晚了，前台小哥哥還特意為我們準備了熱牛奶，説是幫助睡眠，這種小細節真的很暖心。
餐飲方面，早餐種類豐富，尤其是當地的米線，味道正宗，讓人念念不忘。而且，客棧還提供旅拍服務，專業攝影師幫我們拍了好多美照，朋友圈都炸了，哈哈。
位置也很棒，就在古鎮裏，去哪裡都方便。中途換酒店，酒店小哥哥還專門把行李送到了新酒店，服務真的太太太好了‼️‼️小許是我的服務管家，整個入住過程，都服務得很貼心，點贊，大家入住可以找他噢；✅酒店也贈送了旅拍照 也是絕美的🔆🔆
下次如果再來大理，一定還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友們。

特別好的一次體驗，服務太到位了，管家小杜特別貼心的來幫忙拿行李送行李，還有洱海邊的下午茶服務，早飯也特別豐盛。酒店的景色讓人忍不住拿手機一直拍拍拍，太出片了，出門就可以逛古城，不愧是選了半天的酒店，太喜歡了。

酒店服務非常到位！未入住前管家小許就已經微信聯繫，提供下車地址很訊息。工作人員也很熱情接待幫忙提行李。入住後有精美下午茶，晚上有甜湯，第二天的早餐非常豐盛。房間裏環境舒適，有極佳的風景。看着洱海和蒼山非常完美！酒店地理位置也極佳，可步行去太陽宮！ 非常喜歡這次的入住體驗！下次還會再來！
