This hotel was really amazing! They offer pick up services from the train station and we wanted an impromptu 1 day private hire and they arranged it for us :-) the free photoshoot was stunning with the view of erhai! It’s situated right beside 双廊, with great food options and shopping available. Our personal butler was very responsive to all our questions and even provided a list of attractions and food choices.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. As a foreigner, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Communication via WeChat was seamless. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and something that I looked forward to everyday. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and assisted me with any questions I had. They even helped me arrange a private transfer to my next destination Lijiang. My room was first class, and it had an amazing view. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel is absolutely outstanding. The view over the lake and the surrounding mountains is a must see.
In walking distance is the small village, with many restaurants. The village is charming and not crowed. The distance to Dali is acceptable approximately 30 minutes.
We had a very relaxing time there.

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，從入住一開始管家幫忙提行李，有任何問題都能夠及時的迴應，房間的位置也是相當好，坐在陽台上吹着海風，聽聽音樂，特別愜意，餐廳的鞦韆拍照也很棒。感覺特別適合就呆在酒店享受這份寧靜，享受在陽台上吹吹海風，靜靜的發呆。下次來大理還非常願意入住這家酒店。

這家酒店位置非常好，就在雙廊古鎮裏面，去哪都很方便。管家小趙服務很好用心準備了歡迎水果，都會提前來接我們。
酒店特別漂亮，環境也很好，服務人員非常有耐心，還幫我們搬行李，還贈送免費下午茶。房間設計也是很用心，在房間就可以看見海景，管家幫預約了旅拍體驗，房間的陽台真的非常出片。
早餐很好吃，有主食和飲品可以選擇，晚上也會暖心準備晚安牛奶。
在酒店裡躺在床上就可以看到日落，房間也很寬敞，設施設備很乾凈，晚上到露台上吹吹海風賞賞夜景，緩解一天的疲憊，身心放鬆。
推薦的餐廳的飲食也很有雲南特色，會給朋友推薦。謝謝管家小趙！

雙廊洱海旁的酒店，環境十分優美，公共區域有一個大型鞦韆面朝洱海，隨手一拍就很出片。入住的海景房，陽台上就能欣賞美麗的天空、蒼山和洱海，心曠神怡。入住時安排了管家小趙幫我們搬運行李、送餐、介紹古鎮上的吃喝玩樂，全天候的服務十分熱心周到。

非常好的一家酒店，如果想住民宿又想要五星級的豪華，這家當是首選。酒店位置非常好，管家小趙服務非常棒，也非常耐心，會提前來接我們，幫我們拿行李到酒店，走的時候還有伴手禮，房間配置也很齊全，態度非常有誠意，十分令人滿意。這是一家服務超好、位置超好的酒店，每個工作人員都和藹可親，笑容感覺是發自內心的，房間的洗漱用品超好，晚上還有新鮮的熱牛奶可以喝，總之，真很不錯的酒店，下次有時間還會在來感受親水房呢
