在磻溪，離s灣很近步行幾分鐘，附近有早飯餐館，老闆一家人也很客氣和善。春節這個價格也很實在，附近步行2.3分鐘還有賣菜的，附近昭通燒烤好吃。床也蠻大，一家三口睡着不擠。

一開始是因為性價比高，可以免費停車，又離洱海s灣近，定的這家民宿。後來是發自內心的好評這家民宿。首先房間設施都很新，民宿很安靜和乾淨。最重要的老闆人太好了，我們辦理入住後，有兩個箱子，老闆立即幫我們搬大的那個箱子，我就知道老闆是個實在人。下午我想找老闆要兩個塑料袋，老闆立即去廚房拿了一長串新的塑料袋。半夜我兒子發燒了，老闆娘給我們拿體温計，我兒子流鼻血弄到床上了，老闆也不怪我們，還熱心給我們指路告訴我們大理州醫院比較好，可以去看看醫生，我也很感激。最後要離開時，老闆娘還追出來，把我爸的泡茶的杯子送出來。真心真心推薦這個好民宿和好老闆一家人！

老闆是對夫妻，人真的很好很好，我們兩個女生過來，想去買葯，老闆娘帶我們去的，房間衞生乾淨整潔，住了兩晚，非常舒適，下次有時間來還會選擇！走路兩分鐘就到洱海，看日出。

位置挺好找的，老闆夫妻很熱心幫我們搬行李，民宿距離磻溪s灣生態廊道也很近，步行大約五分鐘這樣吧。房間很新哦，是私人住宅裏改造的民宿單間，衞生間很乾凈，總體不錯。就是附近吃的店選擇性不是很多，如果去其他景點估計衹能打車比較方便了

房間離洱海很近，走路不到五分鐘就到了。老闆人很好，很熱心腸，會給你講怎麼到附近的遊玩地點。衞生條件也很好。
