I always have tinted glasses for the cheap hotels on Ctrip, thinking that they can only meet the standard of barely living, but this one really changed my impression of cheap hotels. The sister at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and there is a very enthusiastic dog. The hotel provides free parking, and if you forget to take the parking ticket, the sister at the front desk will pay for you! Really kind sister! The hotel has smart curtains + smart toilet + temperature-controlled shower. I really like to set the water temperature to 40 degrees and then turn on the top spray and shower to wash together. The top spray has a large water flow, and the shower has dense water. It has temperature control and technology. It is really enjoyable! (Just missing a speaker) The hotel's network is WIFI6, and the upload and download speeds are very fast. About 100G of materials for a day can be transferred in one night. The hotel also provides dryers and washing machines. It really considers people and makes guests feel at home! I wish your business prosper! (With some scenery in Yunnan)

My parents and I had an amazing stay at Dali Erhai Park Atour hotel. The receptionist sister gave me a cup of hot tea as I was checking in, which warmed me up as we had just been walking in the cold wind. The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, only around 30-40 minutes drive to and from Dali Ancient Town. And it is very close to the train station, so it is convenient if you have an early train departure time in the next day. Overall, perfect service. If I have a chance to come to Dali again, I will stay at this hotel again.

I'm only reviewing this now, after staying for over half a month, and I think it's definitely worth recommending. On this list of hotels in Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-La, we chose this hotel twice when we passed through Dali because their service was truly exceptional. The hotel was newly renovated, with complete and high-quality facilities. The room amenities were clean and hygienic, and the overall comfort was excellent. Furthermore, the owner always inspects the hotel environment and listens carefully to guests' opinions and suggestions. (We met the owner in the restaurant on at least two mornings during our stay.) Although there was a minor hiccup during our second stay, it was resolved satisfactorily. I would definitely consider this hotel again next time. Also, I must say, the hotel breakfast was amazing!! We tried rice noodles at no fewer than 10 different restaurants in Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-La, and our travel companions said it was the best! The braised pork was incredibly generous, plentiful, and delicious. I sincerely recommend it, and I thank the owner for listening to our feedback.

We spent 2 night here because the room is very clean and spacious. The bed is also very comfortable. Their service is very warm hearted too. Especially if you bring children, the family room is the one! Breakfasts are also very delicious. Very recommend to stay here!

Excellent location, but be aware that if you are booking on trip.com, it will not inform you about the obstructed view for floors 1 - 5. To get a good view of that bridge, you must be on floor 6 or 7. The carpet in the room leave a lot to be desired...a lot. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos....kudos to the photographer, but I will say that it is very pleasant to have the huge window that gives a kind of expansion to the room. The facilities worked, the area was clean. Also, this is close to Flomis garden, the railway station, the lake, and the airport. If you are a fastidious eater, like me, finding food will be your challenge. But, you can't win them all, can you?! Two nights here was good enough for me. Given the price and the location, I'd say it was a good purchase. The hosts are quite friendly, although not knocking over themselves to be helpful....Ah well, you win some, you lose some :)

A good place to stay for our vacation in Dali. Just 7 mins walking from Dali Railway Station and there is no need to cross roads. About 30-40 mins from Dali Ancient Town (if im not mistaken), and it cost us about 50 yuan to get there, one way. Helpful staff (speaks a bit of English).

Traveling to Dali with my child, I compared numerous hotels, including Indigo and Hilton, considering factors like room size, newness, and location. Ultimately, I chose Pullman, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently situated right at Dali Port, offering easy access to both the east and west sides of the lake. While you can take a cruise from the port, I personally found them to be poor value for money with too many sales pitches. We booked a high-floor sea-view room that included a spa treatment and airport pick-up. Our dedicated butler proactively connected with me on WeChat, arranged the pick-up, and provided a highly detailed and useful travel guide. My positive impression began right from the transfer. Despite it pouring rain that day, the driver was already waiting at the exit with several spare umbrellas for us. He also proactively helped with our luggage and shared interesting insights about the local sights during the drive. Our room offered direct, breathtaking views of Erhai Lake, which was incredibly refreshing. My playful daughter loved sitting on the windowsill, gazing at the lake for long stretches every day. The room itself was spacious and clean, featuring double sinks, and children's amenities were thoughtfully prepared in advance. Breakfast offered a good variety, and they kindly didn't charge for my daughter, even though she was slightly above the height limit. I highly recommend trying the spa; it was very professional. The push-button shower controls in the bathroom were cleverly designed, making them easy for even a child to operate. Toiletries were L'Occitane. Do try the Thai restaurant; it's clean and offers great value. There are also plenty of dining options available around the hotel. If I had to point out a minor drawback, it would be that the front desk staff seemed a bit inexperienced. During check-in, we weren't clearly informed about the room's inclusions or the dining locations. Furthermore, after checking in, no bell service was offered for luggage, nor were we given directions to the elevators. Adding more children's entertainment facilities would make the experience even more perfect.

The concierge service was proactive and professional. A special shout-out to the parking attendant, who was fantastic – dedicated, responsible, and incredibly attentive! Whenever I'm in Dali for travel or work in the future, this will be my go-to hotel. A truly dependable choice.

My fiancée and I loved our stay here. The location is not too far from the train station station and not too far from the sights we saw, being Chenshan Mountain, Erhai Lake and the ancient city. We booked the premier room and weren’t disappointed. The views to the lake/sea are lovely and the room is comfortable. Staff were always happy and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again.
