1) They never said the property was under construction when we booked. 2) The room we got was on the 3rd floor with all the construction and no A/C. 3) The room we got was PreOccupied, someones stuff was in the room.4) When we got another room on 2nd floor the key didnt work, went back 2x before key worked. 5) Shower head was clogged and drippy with hardly no pressure and the towels were scratchy. when we asked for more towels, they said they were all the same and thats all they had. 6) The next evening after we got back from activities, our keys didnt work again. We went back 3x before key worked again...Over all, the worst experience at a hotel, with the worst customer service ever!! and They asked for $100 deposit which was not stated or required, when we booked room...
