The landlord is a very warm and friendly northeastern person. He always considers the tenants. I asked many times to confirm my arrival. At night, I was in a panic in the wrong place. After inquiring, the landlord drove a car for dozens of minutes to pick us up on No. 2 Island. After entering the community, it was sent downstairs. The next morning, he also thoughtfully took us to the No. 3 Visitor Center by car. , The service is great, I have seen the best landlord. 🍃Environment: The room is very clean. 入住體驗還是挺不錯的，老闆服務很好，有耐心，拿了密碼無接觸入住。房間還是比較乾淨，衹是衞生間返味估計是此類房間共性，稍感不適。陽台外無敵海景，樓下海邊大道，小區環境優美整潔，汽車出入也很方便，五元一晚的停車費已很良心了。

房間還可以，老小區了。老闆東北人，很熱情，服務也很不錯。是海景房哦，可以看到一號島風光。小區停車收費也很便宜。總體性價比挺高

衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：舒適安靜

房間小巧實用，設施齊全，房間及用品乾淨，床墊舒適。不足就是衞生間有點不。位置看夕陽應當不錯。
