"The villa by itself it’s beautiful, but the personnel doesn’t speak English. As it was a surprise destination, they contacted the person which didn’t know about it because I couldn’t speak Chinese. Ruined the birthday surprise. Upon checking in, we were escorted to the villa, still nobody telling me nothing while the personnel was explaining house details, the outside hot spring pool was dirty and we had to call a person to clean it while standing there. And for the price I had higher expectations of quality and service. Big disappointment"

Great place for holiday gatherings to just chill with friends at a far away sea side condo. Great place at if you drive. "I first booked two rooms. When I called a few days before check-in, I was told that the room had been upgraded (because I selected the upgrade permission). Then I went there on the same day and was told that there was no upgrade, which was a waste of my points. The room hygiene is really not good, there are balloon residues on the floor, and the chairs are really dirty. If you don't need a big room, don't book it. I regret it. By the way, the attitude of the front desk at check-in is really bad."
