對這個酒店真的無語了，服務態度差，房間有異味，最主要是住了三天，前兩天就能打通我的電話問我續不續房，到第三天週一了就説打不通我電話了，全世界都打得通就你們酒店前台打不通，問續不續房不應該是你們酒店的義務？還是因為默認我要續住懶得打？更奇葩的是超時兩個小時去退房，説一個小時給30塊錢我也認了，結果給我説還有30塊錢的清潔打掃費用（給的理由是保潔阿姨下班了房間就打掃不了，相當於其他客人就不能住了），我也認了，我叫前台把房卡給我刷開拿東西，連續上去了兩次都打不開，結果我驚呆了保潔阿姨就出現在我面前把門給我打開，我説謝謝您了，進去房間就把被子折了，床單都沒有換，煩請前台小姐姐不要騙人喲，真的是氣安逸了，給錢的時候我沒有猶豫，寫評論的時候我猶豫了，因為我覺得會不會不好，第一次寫差評，以後再也不會住這家酒店了，請各位睜大眼睛

設施非常齊全，大廳的佈局超級贊，細節拉滿！一如既往的乾淨，服務無敵，住過這麼多酒店這家酒店的服務絕對無敵。從進門到退房見到的小姐姐都非常的熱心細心，能感覺到是發自肺腑的用心服務。

絕對在德昌算很好的了，公區又寬又乾淨，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，還送了冰粉，太愛了，早餐包子都是手工做的，非常好吃。

酒店開業不久，設施較新，離高速路較近，方便自駕需在德昌住一晚的客人。酒店高安寧河近，步行不遠就是河邊綠道。早餐較豐富，總體還是不錯的。
