What a mistake booking this hotel. Room was in poor condition: broken light fixtures, broken alarm clock, damaged bathroom door, FILTHY floor, bugs, etc. When we first entered the room, There were not enough towels for two. We went to go to the pool, there was not a single chair or lounger. The pool itself was unkempt with debris floating throughout. The Free Breakfast was sp**** at best. No coffee cups and a bag to grab with 2 institutionally wrapped muffins. A gigantic disappointment all around. Horrible!

Beware! Stay away! Horrible! Mold in the shower. Very very outdated. Was there 5 nights NEVER once got room services even asked for it 3 different times. Had to change room on 2nd night due to sink leaked and flooded room. Had to demand to be moved. Housekeeping handed me a trash bag to change my own trash! Mattresses were sunk in. Smell was awful in both rooms. No phones worked to call front desk. Deerfield Beach is better than this! Management or owners dont care!

There are roaches in the rooms, the conditions of the bathrooms are old & dirty. The bagged breakfast was crazy! The parking lot was full of water. No bottled water.

Yesterday pm I called the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone does not work. I advised the shower has no hot water. I was told a repair would be called. Next morning still no hot water.
The AC unit in the room makes a terrible squeak sound when running.
The pool has more leaves in it than water and the entire back grassy area is covered in trash.

Dirty, mosquitos in the room, filthy bathroom, moldy bathroom, filthy shower curtain, broken refrigerator leaking onto the dirty carpet, moldy smell, “cleaned the room” but didn’t take out the trash, broken water machine, broken juice machine, front parking lot immersed in standing water for a week, on site manager never followed up but sent house cleaners, house cleaners entering room despite please do not disturb sign, AC sub-par, no amenities in foyer, this place is terrible but so so dirty. Housekeeping left the door open and there were new fruit flys buzzing around the trash that was not removed from room. Nasty.
