Hotels in Haeundae/Centum City, Busan

This was hands down the best place I’ve stayed at in Busan. The location is unbeatable—perfect for relaxing beach walks, with the shoreline just steps away. The surrounding area is filled with excellent eateries offering a wide range of local and international cuisine. While some of the restaurants and cafes can be on the pricier side, the quality and atmosphere make it worth the splurge. The overall experience—from the view, the vibe, to the convenience—was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Busan, especially if you're looking for a memorable seaside stay.

As good as always, this time Toyoko in front of famous Haeunde beach. All standard good Toyoko stuff plus beach rest! You can even get the ocean view from the room. This is the first Toyoko where I met plenty of foreigners - to count this as good or maybe not - is up to you (-:

Located near the Haeundae beach, you can easily get to various malls and attractions in just 5-10 minutes. As it is located along the main shopping street, there are plenty of food and entertainment options around. Even the station is merely 5 mins away from the hotel, which makes other locations easily accessible. Definitely recommended for families. They provide free luggage storage prior to check in as well, which makes it easy and seamless to visit places such as the Sky Capsule before checking in.

I had a nice and enjoyable stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly as well. During my check-in on the afternoon of May 23, a staff member at the check-in counter was extremely helpful. Although I didn’t catch his name, he spoke excellent English and assisted me by replacing my lost breakfast coupon. Earlier that morning, two other staff members had turned me away when I reported my lost coupon.

1.Location: very well located close to the metro station and close to the beach and pretty much everything. 2.Clean: very clean and new room and amenities. 3.Room. Big enough room , big kitchenette , big fridge , big closet , big bathroom , very spacious and new room. 4.Hotel amenities: the hotel doesn’t have much amenities , just need to go there to sleep 5.Service: service is ok , nice staff , and helpful and English is ok. 6.Need to improve: The curtains ! The room is amazing , but need to buy new curtains that block the sun , the blinds let through a lot of light and by night with street light the room is very lit , and in the morning with the sunrise too much sunlight came in that it has very hard for me to have a good sleep, need to fix that for your future guests. Really enjoy the hotel will go there again , price and location and the room is very good, just need to get better black out curtains 😆

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Haeundae subway station, and as soon as you step out, you're on a bustling commercial street. However, in the twin room we booked, each bed only came with one pillow. We called housekeeping to inquire if they could provide two additional pillows. To our utter astonishment, they replied there were none. We double-checked, asking if a hotel of this size truly didn't have a single spare pillow. Their response was a very curt 'No.' A 25-story hotel, and not one extra pillow to be found! I was absolutely speechless. This is a complete discredit to the Ramada brand name.

Hotel location was great, 2 crossing away from Haeundae Beach, and 10min walk from Haeundae train station, and many restaurants, shops and convenience stores that were open till late night. The room was clean, spacious and staff was friendly, was even allowed to check in earlier if I signed up for their free membership. Overall a great experience, just remember to bring your own Toothbrush or razor, or you could buy it from their vending machine located at check in area

The lobby, hot spring pools, and restaurant were lovely and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs was an exceptional highlight, serving beautifully crafted dishes in a refined setting. However, the rooms felt quite outdated and could benefit from renovation to match the quality of the other facilities.

Location was great just right there in front of the beach. Room with partial ocean view. Great windows in the room, I love windows. The only thing it was not enjoyable was the towels, they were a little smelly like wet clothes.

I gave this hotel a good rating. In time to come it will probably have an excellent rating, but it is a new hotel and they have some things that need to be straightened out. It’s a sweet hotel that has a four size refrigerator, washing machine, induction stove, and a big sink. However, there were no hangers and no hanging rods so I could not hang my clothes up that is a very important thing for a hotel to have. The staff tries hard, but they are not so experienced yet. I was surprised that they did not know where is the theater for the Busan film festival was, and it is only a few blocks away. The location was perfect for me because it is between a very large shopping area with restaurants as well as the enormous exposition center. It is also close to two subway stops.
