The best part of this hotel (in addition to the terrific location and the comfortable rooms) is the staff. I find they go out of their way to help - it is so nice to experience.

Great stay except for breakfast at the Nickel. It was not busy, yet we waited almost an hour for our food, and it was average quality and cold. Made no sense as to why it took so long. Would have sent it back but we were done waiting.

Beautiful, historic hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend Hotel Teatro!

There is a person - who I believe was the manager (if he’s not he should be)- named Matthew who was extremely attentive, seemed to be working all hours, and was constantly checking with guests to ensure their needs were being met. It was extremely evident that he took great pride in the hotel and the job he did there. Really rare - never experienced it before - and not because I have not been to nice hotels, but just didn’t think this kind kind of attention existed anymore…..and the rest of the staff was similarly great as well. Our favorite Denver hotel!

Heating / Air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud. Hard to sleep with the unit clunking everytime it turned on to heat. Unacceptable...

The Hotel Teatro was perfect for us as we were attending an event at the near-by Denver Center for performing arts. The staff were warm and friendly and the room was well appointed. We plan to return.

Always a favorite place to stay in Denver. The rooms are clean and spacious, service is excellent and the bar/ restaurant downstairs, The Nickel, is wonderful.

When I got there the room that I paid for was a queen Superior suite with soaking tub and balcony they only had a balcony with no soaking tub. Next one day sent me to had a soaking tub but no balcony. I was tired by this time and said that it was acceptable but didn't realize the heat was not working it didn't get above 59°. They sent me to another room which was a king bed with a small soaking tub in a corner but no balcony. And by that time it was midnight and we went to sleep. Got up next morning and the room was gorgeous but needed some deep cleaning. This app won't let me upload pictures.
