Great location and staff, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in the middle of downtown Denver. Great service!!

The hotel is conveniently located, about 10 minutes' walk from the Nuggets Stadium. The room is clean and there is Whole Foods across the street, so it is also convenient for shopping.

Breakfast is just 2 pieces of bread

This is a nice boutique hotel located close to Union Station. It is convenient to my son’s apartment when I come to visit him. And it’s safe and comfortable.

We were really disappointed as part of the reason we picked this hotel was for the bar/restaurant located within the hotel and it was closed. There is no microwaves in the rooms and they say you get a complimentary coffee and breakfast item but I am pretty sure i was charged for this. My bill was also also alot higher than it was supposed to. I am glad i asked for an itemized receipt upon checkout. After the "deposit" is refunded i will be reviewing it closely. Our bathroom door also had no lock on ot and would not stay closed after shutting it. They have basic cable with an auto timer on their tv that cannot be adjusted. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but that was the only positive thing about our stay. Will not be staying there again.

We did arrive very late at night, however the room we had seemed to have a broken door to the bathroom. During the night the whole door collapsed on the floor. Quite a scary experience for sure. Very convenient for sure, next to Union station, but if we had more time we would have asked to move rooms for sure

I was unable to reach anyone at the front desk for several hour prior to arrival to inquire about local airport transportation, which was stressful--we were arriving after midnight and had never visited Denver. Was hoping to take the light rail, but ended up in an $80 taxi instead. Other than that, we had an excellent experience. Staff was lovely and helpful, the breakfast cart attendant could not have been nicer (so peppy and helpful at 7am!), the lobby is warm and inviting--my daughter and I grabbed lunch takeout and ate at the table there--lovely. Lots of towels for two people. It's a block from Union Station and walkable to several great restaurants. (Shout-out to Tupelo Honey--scrumptious food and fantastic service.) Wish our stay was longer, but we'll definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again.

Front desk attendant had my ******* reservation that I had already paid for online in front of her on her computer. She then asked that I pay for incidentals but charged me for both incidentals and an additional night. My credit card has still not been refunded after a week. Sketch.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We booked because it was close to Ball Arena, and it turned out to be an easy walk. It would probably be an easy walk to Coor’s Field in the Spring/Summer as well. It’s very close to Union Station for train or light rail access too. We appreciated the onsite parking garage and we were able to park once and then walk everywhere we wanted to go, although guests are allowed in and out privileges. The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints are somewhat petty-the blackout curtain would not close completely, there was no channel guide for the tv, and the room was very warm to the point that we had to turn on the air conditioning during a snowstorm. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We were all pleased with our staycation; short walk from Union Station from the N- line light rail, beautiful lobby, delicious breakfast and coffee, loved the ability to control the heater in our room, hot water, and impressed with the taste of coffee pods in the room

Hotel Indigo is within walking distance to great restaurants and all the major sporting venues. The staff was very friendly was the room was clean and spacious.

Brief visit to Denver without planning to go skiing or into mountains so decided to take train in from airport ($10.50 - 37min) and stay by Union Station - great central location with lots of great restaurants - hotel was really nice and great value compared to surrounding properties - pleasantly surprised and happy to stay there again

The breakfast was terrible. There was some kind of shop owner there who warmed up some pre made sandwiches which were cold. Not happy about the experience and will never be returning here.
