The room was a little musty, like someone had smoked in there, I asked for a key to open the window, I had to go down and fetch this myself (it was 1am) and the window still did not open. Nice drinks tray, with nice biscuits and twinnings tea! Heater in the room works well. Definitely in real need of refurbishing!!. Breakfast was like entering a different hotel, attentive and friendly staff, no stale smell, food was fresh and had a good selection. Coffee was nice.

We had a great trip for my sister's hen do weekend! The hotel is a fantastic place to stay with a great pool (one jacuzzi wasn't working on our trip), a gym, restaurant and a bar! The room we had was very clean, though the windows needing updating as there was at times some noise from outside which could of been blocked out with better windows. The amenities in our room were ok, our shower was very poor and we had to ask a few times for our beds to be bed and our teas and coffees to be topped up. The breakfast was delicious in the morning though it had obviously been very busy as nearly every table was a mess. The breakfast could definitely benefit from adding options for people who are vegan or gluten free as these options were not available during our stay. Overall our stay was fantastic and the beds were incredibly comfortable ! With a few additions and changes this could of been a 10/10 stay but we were definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Great stay

Super facilities and friendly staff. Unfortunately was charged over £200 for no reason at all and told it was a system error and told I’d be refunded. Have only been refunded half and nothing more. Still awaiting my refund.

Our stay was good. It wasn’t very busy so not many staff about and only one bar was open which was fine. Food was good and room was comfortable. Only downside was the windows didn’t provide much protection from the busy road noise.

Spacious hotel with good sized bedrooms. Very clean and staff helpful and attentive. Nice breakfast with good choice and a lovely spacious restaurant.

Didn't sleep well at all sadly due to some weird noise in the room. Also road traffic noise wasn't ideal. Staff were excellent though and the leisure facilities were pretty good.

It's a lovely Hotel, our room was great. Beds really comfortable and it was relatively modern and well kept. Out of the room the hall ways, lift area and spa area are in need of some tlc lots of peeling wall paper etc just needs some love and time. Staff are really lovely and it is a really nice hotel.

Nice room and nice pool. Our room was a bit cold one night. Also our room wasnt serviced by housekeeping but we weren't given a drinks voucher despite the hotel having an 'eco friendly' policy stating that they do if you don't have your room serviced. I think these details are important.

Nice clean hotel. Quite and close to local shops Nice rooms the bed was a bit on the small side. Had a pleasant overnight stay.

We had a lovely room and the staff were excellent, but a special mention must go to our receptionist Emma who really looked after us giving us advice about the hotel facilities and the local area. The hotel is probably the best, Best Western we have stayed at.
