Good location by the port in a quiet area. The furniture and decor are in need of attention to make it a very pleasant place.

Pleasant and professional welcome. The apar**ents are spacious and well equipped (a little more light in the bathroom would be great). Beautiful sea or harbor views. The pool is tiny.

Nice setting. Accommodation a little cramped but functional. Garden with nice table and chair for family meals outside! Nice swimming pool, in short, good value for money. Friendly welcome. We also had the right to a barrier to block the upstairs staircase to reassure me because easy access from the room.. I therefore recommend this establishment for a small family stay with a reasonable price and quick dike access.

Ideal location a few steps from the port and 5min from the beach. The structure is correct with well-equipped accommodation. Indoor pool a bit small but still adequate. The receptionists are really very friendly. Overall very good value for money.

stay from May 20 to 22 beautiful duplex apar**ent with balcony overlooking the harbor nice but small indoor pool especially when it's crowded too bad no deckchairs around, outdoor pool closed but we didn't have it in advance close to all amenities (cabourg on foot in 15 to 20 minutes) very small parking lot I recommend and I will come back next year

Cette residence a deux atouts : un emplacement parfait et un personnel aimable et compétent. Pour les reste, l'état général est indigne de Pierre et Vacances et du tarif pratique... Tout est usé jusqu'à la corde, ameublement, portes, escalier etc... Bref déçus par cette residence même si notre sejour a été agréable. Renovation d'urgence à envisager !!!

Le cadre et la situation sont top. Points forts : Emplacement (face au port de plaisance et proche de la plage) Calme ; accueil téléphonique et sur place sympathique. Piscine : très propre. Pour le reste, le logement est impropre à la location, peinture de la porte d’entrée plus qu’usée, poignée rouillée, peinture écaillée, table basse plus qu’usée, porte du frigo montée à l’envers pas très pratique pour y accéder, pas de volets : reste les trous rouillés dans le mur, manque de prises de courant... à 150 euros la nuit c est inadmissible. Nous fréquentons régulièrement les « Pierre et Vacances » : cette année, nous sommes vraiment tombés sur un gros manque d'entretien. Si nous revenons à Dives, ce sera par un autre organisme. Dommage, c'est une belle région.

Logement en maisonette très moyen. Un peu déçu vu le prix de la prestation A besoin de beaucoup de rénovation et de changement de literie (canapé et lits) Par contre la situation est excellente ( 30 mn à pied le long de la mer pour Cabourg et Houlgate) Pas trop loin de Deauville, Trouville, Caen, Ouistreham en voiture. Personnel à la accueil très aimable et accueillant.
