Overall good value for money
However, points still need to be improved, such as the quality of certain infrastructures (I inherited an old, slightly rusty fridge, for example). But honestly, for the price, the meals, the swimming pools, the entertainment, the snacks, the availability of the staff, we shouldn't complain too much. it was overall a good stay. I will recommend, except for a few small details that can be accommodated if you are not super demanding

All inclusive for Christmas is actually 180dt or £46 pre bottle of wine. Food choices are chicken couscous or chicken and couscous. May be beef sometimes. If you are looking for cheap holiday and you are ready to pay extra for everything, this is the right place for you.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment works when I was there which was very impacting due to the high construction noise levels until I badgered them into reallocating me to a different room. I made a cute cat friend (see photo) and I'd love to hear he/she is ok as I could only take care of him/her for the short time I was there. Haidar in the restaurant is incredibly helpful. Really welcoming and always checking you have drinks, cutlery, napkins and that plates are cleared etc - Five Star Top Guy! FiFi is without doubt the hardest working and best member of the Animations (activities and dance) team. Her exercise class is brilliant. She is such a lovely person, always mingling with and encouraging the guests to get involved with the various activites and shows which FiFi has either organised or has a main role in. Overall I had a great holiday as its a nice place and the staff and food/drink are brilliant. I would definitely go back.

Returned yesterday from Djerba Aqua Resort, had an amazing holiday. All staff extremely friendly from reception staff through to the cleaners. As the UK has only recently started flying to Djerba Island again was greeted mainly in French but they soon remembered to switch to English as my French isn’t great. Room extremely comfortable although due to size of the resort it was quite a bit away from main complex but this wasn’t an issue for me. Food was great with lots of choice on a daily basis, you definitely won’t go hungry. As with most AI found sometimes it wasn’t always hot but again never cold & certainly edible. A big shout out to the entertainment team, they are all a credit to the resort. The only reason I haven’t given an excellent score is due to a slight error made by the person who charged me the tourist tax as I was charged in pounds but slightly overcharged by 20 dinar. As it was late in the evening this was swiftly resolved the following day, this could be due to not receiving many English travellers using sterling & lastly & this is just a personal preference I would have liked to have a bath the shower I did have was amazing but I do like a soak every so often. Also a big shout out to the easy jet rep she did a fantastic job.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. The food is no comment - fresh, prepare infront of you, delicious. Fantastic animation - animators are smile and energic, party animals. I recomend at all! Best hotel for good rest. Personal is kind and helpful.

I spent 1 week in Aqua Resort Djerba Hotel with Family And friends. Children was happy. Was excellent Time. I can recommend it. Everything was perfect. Specjalizujemy thanks for Naila woman in black glasses in reception. She was very, very helpful. Everything what was necessary she done. She organised for me a doctor at night. Specially treatment. Saturday afternoon Pfarmacies was close she had called all placees where my medicament was possible to buy. Really I was in many places on Holiday but woman who good work like Naila was no often. This is the second time we visit the hotel. And this time we liked it very much, the pools were clean, the beach too, the food was very tasty, there was more choice than last summer. The staff as always was very nice. The animation again was a top The rooms are cleaned daily. We will definitely visit again. I recommend it!

I must make special mention of Ms Bon Amnon on Reception. She is outstanding and was always helpful and cheerful with me and the other guests too. A great asset indeed. Also special mention must be made of Mr Dhou as Bellman and Mr Haeth on Reception. Both were just great and a credit to your hotel. Summary: Excellent value for money and perfectly enjoyable experience all round from the staff, food/drinks options, location and activities at the hotel and to partake in on offer near by. Special mentions to Dhaou, Reception Desk staff and the whole animation team especially Fifi. Firstly the airport to the hotel was a speedy 40min coach trip away. I was speedily checked in as had around 20min of the dinner service left when I arrived at 8:30pm and was very hungry so really appreciated the thought and action by the hotel staff on this. My luggage was kept safe by the nice porter Dhaou and he brought my case and showed me to my room and how to control the heat/air on which I appreciated. Dhaou each day would go out of his way to help and just come and say hello and chat if we spotted each other and he wasn’t with other guests. The room was recently refurbished and much to my surprise had a King bed (2 singles together) and an additional single bed since I was a solo traveller and EasyJet had stated a single room with garden view on the booking. The shower pressure, hot water and all services in the room were very good. A small issue with ants but I just left them to do their own thing and they were not intrusive but is something that should be addressed and not expected in a 4 star hotel. Equally and to my surprise for the time of year there were a lot of mosquitoes and you could see what was left of a few that had been smashed against the wall. I was bitten and luckily had some bike cream and antihistamines, but the bite was very itchy not like experience in the UK. Didn’t report either to the reception and I won’t list my room number other than it was in the number 90s so you know the part of the hotel and but really it wasn’t that much of an issue, could happen anywhere. Most of the hotel was nice modern and well kept including the gardens and the pool areas in the Aqua resort hotel. They are in the process of renovating more rooms so there are some construction noise but I think as the hotel was not at capacity guests were kept as far away as possible from the noise and you couldn’t really hear it in the day by the pool either. The Caesar Hotel which is next door and part of the whole complex meaning you can use the facilities of both not sure about the evening or daytime food though

no way to contact them besides phone, which i can't use as i'm international. no clear website nor email and no way to get questions answered which made planning stressful and anxiety inducing. not worth it if you ask me. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I was very pleased that i opted for a superior room as others seemed to have a few problems with their rooms changing several times for various reasons.This complex is actually two hotels totaling about 800 rooms the main issues seem to have stemed from the Cezar thalaso hotel.I did not have much to do with this part of the complex alhough it is where the indoor pool is situated and more outdoor pools also the route to the beach passes through this it is quite a long but pleasant walk down but frankly not worth the bother on arrival unkempt.Idid have a couple of issues with my room conecting door was open and unable to secure from either side it was eventually sorted when next door was occupied also a problem with hot water for a couple of days the lady on reception was always helpfull to me The new botanical garden in front of my room is coming along very well and will be lovely when it matures all the grounds were well kept .beds were comfortable room was recently refurbished so good .food was varied and good tunisian dishes were not always labled correctly. bit of a strange smell by coffee machine ? most staff were polite animation were always working hard .the rep for TTS Roudayna was very helpfull and efficient .all in all i enjoyed a much needed break and will probably return but not in peak season

The staff Naila especially were friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping couldn't do anything more to provide you with clean towels and linen on a daily basis. Even clearing a stain from a white dress!!!! Traditional entertainment at dinner 🍽. Thank you Djerba and Naila you have been very kind and restorative.
