The location is excellent, but the overall experience was disappointing.
The toilet sink was rusty, and the rooms were consistently noisy due to sounds from the air vent, piping, fridge, and other sources.
Additionally, there were leftover items from previous guests in the fridge, which was off-putting.
The carpet also felt uneven underfoot.
Overall, I expected better.

I checked in on 30 october 2025 and checked out on 5 September 2025- stay in room 215. I just realized that my stuff got stollen when i was in airport when i proceeded for tax refund. All UGG stuffs, manuka honey and fila clothes are taken. Tried to contact the hotel through email but didnt get respond! I remind everyone to be more careful if you guys stay here!

Location is very good and convenience. Just 5 mins walk to Queens Victoria market. 10 mins walk  to Queen Victoria mall. A lot of restaurant nearby.
