However, for guests returning later without a space, as long as they contact our front desk, we will arrange for a nearby parking lot, which is also free. As for guests parking on the street privately, there is no charge, but there may be a risk of ticketing. We understand that this will prevent guests from parking and will guide them to nearby partner parking lots for free. Regarding check-in time: Our hotel booking platform states that check-in is after 2:00 PM. If you arrive early, we will accommodate you if there are rooms available. When you arrived that day, it was not yet check-in time and many guests had not yet checked out (the hotel was fully booked the day before), but we did our best to accommodate you. We verified that one of your rooms was checked in before 12:00 PM. The staff clearly remember reporting it to the front desk around 11:00 AM, saying the only thing missing was a change of bedding. The staff asked you to rest on the sofa and come back once that was done, but you said that was fine, saying you were just leaving your luggage. We allowed you to leave your luggage there for your convenience. However, the staff had already made arrangements for the room before 12:00 PM. Your other room, because your guest hadn't arrived yet, was also checked in smoothly after your guest arrived at 4:00 PM. Regarding the hotel's room upgrade service (upgrades are subject to availability). You booked two Superior King rooms, and we only had one Deluxe King available. We still upgraded you to one free room, but the other hotel was completely out of room, so we couldn't offer you a free upgrade. Regarding room amenities: If you have any issues with amenities or bedding during your stay, please contact us at any time to arrange a replacement. We can also arrange a room change if other rooms are available. Regarding your room change: When you came to the front desk and complained about the noisy room, we learned it was because of a performance at the newly opened hot pot restaurant downstairs, which was quite loud. However, we were fully booked that day and had no room upgrades available. We also suggested that your upgraded, larger room be given to your elderly family, as they were staying at the hotel during the day and could rest up, rather than attending the music festival. The other room would have been used after the festival, just as the downstairs opening celebration was over, so it wasn't noisy. However, your guest refused. Therefore, we had no choice but to negotiate a room change with the other guest, who agreed to swap with you, but you would have to pay the difference (due to the price difference between different room types). You agreed and understood. Your reservation was for 287 yuan, and the difference with the 106 yuan room was less than 400 yuan, not nearly 500 yuan.
