東陽市是一個有温度有人情味的城市。東陽或許經濟不如義烏，但是在人情味上甩義烏一條街。
地板乾淨明亮，整潔。
洗澡水，水壓，水量，都很不錯，洗澡很痛快。
空調好像確實不是很好調。這是一點美中不足。
