The hotel is dirty, smells of Indians, the air conditioning is hot, there's noise and disturbance everywhere, the place is awful, the Indian receptionists are rude, the smell inside the room is unbearable, the bathroom has a broken toilet, and all the services around it are run by Indians. There's no market nearby, no restaurants, no events, and no metro. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The staffs were friendly. The bathroom smelled horrible and when we asked the staff at the reception to do something about it they sent a person to spray air freshener which was not helpful at all. The night we arrived, the bedsheets and pilow covers had hair on them. The room also had tiny cockroaches which come up to the bed side table.

It's an Indian धर्मशाला now. Before covid it was good but now it's the worst. Please do not spoil your trip of Dubai, staying in it. AC does not work, ambience is pathetic. ROOMS ARE WORST. The place need fresh look and maintenance. Avoid. AVOID THIS PLACE

To visit a friend for few hours you need to give your Emirates I'd, they don't take a copy or scan but a hard copy, I have a video where in the staff told to give my hard copy and informed me he will return when i leave the hotal. Even the government of UAE tells you not to give the original copy to any one.
