Generally a nice hotel, good for staying for short periods, just the sound proof is a bit bad, can hear everything from outside the corridor, and would be nice if there’s additional locker on the door, will feel much safer

The staff are friendly and helpful. Services are nice with quick responses, but the room is a bit dark. Nearby areas are quite safe and quiet. It’s a good place to stay if you don’t mind travelling a bit from the city centre.

Room was right next to train - could see people on the train passing and hear the rumble of the train on the tracks until 12am and then back again at 5.45am

Great spot for staying in Dublin city. Very close to LUAS (tram) stop and pubs and restaurants in the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No hassle at all!

The location is ok. There’s a tram stop near the hotel. Hotel room is clean and Ok. However, the WiFi is not really working if you got a corner room. Very noisy at Saturday night- a pub or bar outside is super loud until midnight. So you’ll need to be lucky to get a room away from all these… Service was ok but very basic level for Hilton.

Decent location close to Luas - walking distance to town.

Great Location. Room is a bit small and can also be cleaner. Hotel staff is able to locate the shirts that I forgot in the room however, hotel staff is not able to send the shirts back to me even as I was willing to pay. I had to arrange my own courier service to pick them up. Surprised that Hilton cannot provide this service.

The location of the hotel is very good. The light rail is right at the door. It is three stops from the city center and near Trinity College. The hotel is cleaned every day and is very timely. The room is large and comfortable, and the bed is very soft. The drinking water is updated every day.. The front desk staff at the hotel were very welcoming. There was a problem with my luggage checked by the airline. When it was delivered to the hotel the next day, it was put directly in the room for me. Turn right at the door and walk for two minutes to a supermarket. A five-minute walk is a medium-sized supermarket. What? The items are all complete. By the way: hotels in the UK and Ireland do not provide slippers and toothbrushes, so please prepare them by yourself. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when you go to Ireland.

The overall facilities are good. The front desk service is good. There is rail transit next to it, but it is not noisy. There is no main light in the room, so the light is too dark. Pet-friendly is a bonus. The only drawback is that the parking fee is too expensive.

Luas station is just outside the door. The hotel is very quiet near the hotel. It is in the Charlemont area and there are big companies such as Deloitte and Facebook nearby. Not far from urban attractions

The staff is very nice, especially Lisa. She helped us check in early and took care of our needs He also reminded us how to use the coffee machine
