The hotel is really nicely decorated and clean, the staff were also great and so helpful . Only small problem is the small car park and additional £15 for use ( just to be aware ) . Would definitely stay again 😊

Other than the hotel staff harping on us about their breakfast service when we checked-in (my wife and I have had hotel service breakfast many days before), the service was perfect. Nice jacuzzi except for some lint.

Didn't have much interaction with the staff as we didn't use the bar or dinning areas but who we did speak with was polite and friendly. The room we had was very nice, comfy bed, clean bathroom. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated in an olde style and looks lovely. A nice 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Will try and come back soon.

Everything is perfectly cute. My friend and I love the design of the room, and we wish to try other rooms as well! We had a relaxed and happy trip with this hotel~

Great two night stay. Gorgeous room and very clean with lovely touches. About a 15 minute walk from the centre of York which was good. Only thing we were disappointed with was not knowing about the car parking charge of £15 per day to park at the hotel. Other than that, a great stay!

A brilliant hotel. We always stay here when in York. Fantastic decor and furniture, a great place to stay in a lovely, walkable area to the city centre.
