The hotel staffs are nice and approachable especially the guards who are smiling and would always greet you. The room and the beds are really clean, well air-conditioned and there are no unnecessary odors. There were electric heater, cups, and towels and toiletries provided. The only thing I wish the hotel offered were extra slippers. Even the disposable ones will do. Check in and out were in less than 5 mins. over all, the stay was worth the price. Would love to book again soon.

Good location. Near to fast food chain & mall. The only problem we encounter is that we have to transfer to other room and I left some of my belongings but they didn't mind to tell us and they just throw it. I hope they will improve their service and kudos to the front desk who help us resolve the problem.

I like this place very quiet 🙊 close to the mall friendly staff .extended to stay. there no noice from contractions Easy to get transport 24 hour security I like it

The hotel is near to malls & PUV terminal,. Staff are helpful. Good value for money.

The place was clean, great location coz it's just at the back of robinson mall. They have also friendly room attendants/staff. We would surely choose it again next time we visit dumaguete! 👏👏👏😍😍😍

The place is so beautiful and itself so convenient for us specially when you have a passport appointment. The place is so near Robinsons mall.

A near new hotel right next to Robinson Place in Dumaguete. Ceres Bus station just round the corner within easy walking distance. The staff were very courteous and efficient. A very enjoyable stay.

Near Robinsons Mall, that makes it more attractive. They have 24 hour securiry.

Too bad i had a bad experience in this hotel. The bed sure was comfortable but im not coming back here

Had a pleasant stay, room was clean. Staff was very accommodating and very responsive. Just a few things which could throw off a guest but no big deal. Wall outlets could use replacement, already too loose. The TV may also need replacement since the screen already has a burnt area. Please provide a refill of the dental kit when fixing up the room especially when the old one it is already used up. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is ok the evening man very friendly and security guy but when I went to reception this morning young lady very rude spoilt my stay there will never book here again
