With my 1st stay here on 5/20/2024: I selected the "pay at the property" option with *******. Upon check-in I was told that I could not pay at the hotel, that I would need to take that up with the 3rd party vendor that I made my reservations with. Staff refused to take an alternate payment.
With my 2nd stay 5/24/2024: I gave staff member my name and said I had a reservation. She said she did not have a reservation for me. She asked me to spell my last name, then continued to say, "Oh, I see you checked in online". I told her that I did not check in online. She then told me that another employee had checked me in. I asked why they would do that. She said she didn't know. I then asked if she could take payment now, in which she said "yes".
Staff needs some serious training in regards to check in process. However, the rest of the stay was excellent! Clean and comfortable hotel.
