Excellent experience. Lovely owner lovely room lovely breakfast. Can't fault it at all. Will definitely go back. Lovely and quiet. Nicely decorated. Helpful owner. Me and my partner had a great 2 night stay in October 2022

At last minute owner refused to take credit card at property and it was cash only. When questioned why the change and how could we work something out, he spitefully cancelled the reservation leaving us stranded to either pay over double for a lesser property nearby or leave Edinburgh. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS. Spiteful people who act like this do not deserve to be rewarded. BUYERS beware.
